Wine Country is Calling! Perfect place for groups and 🍷. Close to SYV, Solvang, Buellton, Los Olivos, SB Equipped with 4 bedroom, 4 bathrooms (4 kings / 1 Queen) on the South Side of Lompoc. Open spaces & high ceilings with updated modern amenities while keeping the rustic feel & original touches, which exude an old world charm. Tinning house was built in 1893 by Miss Jesse Talfore, a local school teacher in Lompoc. Floors are original 130 year old Douglas Fir have been refinished & sealed.

This private 700 SF Studio is located on the second floor in the heart of Avila Beach with all the luxury amenities including washer/dryer, A/C, BBQ, stocked kitchen and dishwasher with Reverse Osmosis drinking water....not to mention you are steps away from the beach and downtown Avila Beach. The building is 6 years old and is furnished very tastefully! The shower is very large with beautiful tile along with the rest of the bathroom. Ample space and seating for relaxation throughout!
