1879 Victorian in Central Coast Wine Country

Lovely private 1879 Victorian built by Lompoc founder W.W. Broughton - with fully stocked kitchen, living room/ dining room, laundry room, full bathroom, back yard (lawn mowed Tuesdays, watering/ gardening is done generally in the mornings, cable TV, internet, set in spacious, beautifully manicured Victorian Gardens. Reservation includes two bedrooms with queen beds. Note: Entrance stairs may be difficult for those with limitations. No pets. Two triplexes with six renters are also on property.

Downstairs a newly remodeled kitchen with all new cabinets, stainless appliances, wine fridge, formal living and dining room and 1/2 bath ( no shower). Upstairs all 4 bedrooms w/ ceiling fans, 2 full baths and laundry room. Large lot w/ beautiful landscaped backyard w/ 2 patio tables and gas bbq. Located between San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara. Close to Pismo Beach, Avila Beach, hiking trails, Chumash Casino, golf courses & many wineries.

As 13-time Superhosts- we welcome you to the perfect place to relax & unwind after your day. This stylish and spacious home offers a sunny deck, surrounded by trees for sunbathing or watching the sunset. The huge 2nd bdrm is a great place for reading in our hammock chair or for a quiet work space. Downstairs the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking meals. Outdoor patio is a nice place to bbq & relax as you listen to the hawks, owls, & other birds in this country setting.

Enjoy a little getaway in this cottage by the beach. It’s cozy and simple with all the features of comfort. Walking to the beach is a just a short stroll down a windy little road filled with cool beach vibes. Cross a little wooden bridge and walk down a block or two and you are right in front of the Oceano dunes. Plan a bonfire and make s’mores on the beach. Or better yet, stay at the little cottage, grab a bottle of wine and enjoy a fire pit right outside your bedroom door.

Welcome to Bodega House! We can’t wait to host you at our charming 1920s farmhouse in Los Alamos. Please note, we are currently making some updates to the house.
