5 stars since our arrival! Brittany took into consideration my daughters 14th birthday! Upon entry, there was a happy birthday hanging with cupcakes, a card, and candles underneath! she communicated greatly and found lots of things for us to do in the area! was very happy with our stay at this beautiful home which was way more beautiful than the pics even showed! thank you Brittany!

The place was perfect. Location amazing and peaceful. Very close to downtown. Lots of extra little things in the home. Games, books, feminine products, first aid kit, hairdryer, curling iron, extra batteries for remotes, laundry soap, spices, hot chocolate, tea bags, coffee…the list goes on. The kitchen had all appliances, dishes, utensils, foil, dish soap, new sponges….that list goes on. The place was perfect and just what I was looking for. My parents are 89 and both have dementia and one kidney failure so I wanted a quiet place that wasn’t full of unnecessary Knick knacks and room to move around. Bathroom right across from bedrooms. My mom had a serious dementia episode and we left a day early. I informed Mikaila we left the morning before our last day. Not expecting anything but just to inform. She gave us a refund for that night. I never expected that but it was sweet for her to do so. I can’t wait to go back this summer and stay at her place again’. I hope it’s available.

What an amazing vacation! Cynthia was so helpful and responsive to questions. The casita is adorable! We were comfortable and felt secure throughout our visit. The location cannot be beat! It is walkable, close to museums, and surrounded by delicious restaurants. Highly recommend!

Love Joe and Melanie they come by and check on you if you’re staying for a while. They stop by and water and mow the lawn weekly and we’re real nice

Our stay at the Two Casitas apartment was fabulous in every way! Check-in was effortless, the decor was beautiful, and the location was convenient to all of the Santa Fe favorite places! When we arrived, we were greeted with a complimentary gift of authentic local coffee, chips, and salsa! It was the perfect welcoming experience! We look forward to returning in the future!

Our trip to New Mexico was to take my mother-in-law to visit her 50th state. This beautiful property felt like home and the kitchen was well furnished so we didn’t have to waste money buying condiments and spices. The farm fresh eggs every morning was a real treat and “the ladies” were friendly and loved attention! Wendy & Kevin were excellent hosts! They only seemed to appear as needed and very responsive. Thank you both for sharing your home with us! If we are ever in that area again, your home will be first on our list!

My husband and I love this place so this is our second time staying at Sandia Splendor. The only tiny thing that would help me, and other short people that are under 5' tall, would perhaps to have a small folding step stool so that we could reach the top shelves in the kitchen. Other than that, it was splendid, just like its name!

This is the first time I stayed at Luis' location. I enjoyed my stay very much. The house had everything I needed, was clean, and everything was in good repair. It was very comfortable and its location was perfect for me. I would happily stay there again on a future trip and recommend the location to others.

I loved my stay at Andrews place! It was super cozy and was even better in person than in the pictures! The bed was very comfortable, the views were great and it was in walking distance to parks and the cathedral.

Bruce was completely communicative, and helped us out above and beyond. This place was exactly what my husband and I needed. I would definitely stay here again if I needed a hot tub that was indoors. We are local people who needed a staycation. The only thing I would say is read all the reviews… A person who is not from Albuquerque and familiar with the location might be unaware about the neighborhood. The rental itself is securely gated with a courtyard; the car isn’t gated, but I didn’t feel like my car was unsafe. If you need a place to lock yourself into for a couple of days or if you have a big group, this is perfect. It was way better value than a hotel room. Every thing was exactly what we needed. We needed a place that had a indoor hot tub and also allowed us to work remotely for a couple of days- this was exactly that. The bed was super comfortable. The hot tub was perfect. Everything exactly as described. Thank you so much Bruce.

Everything was fine loved the place and even accommodated me to check my family in early while I was on break at work.

Erin was a great host very attentive! The location was very close to Old Town, looks just like the photos!

Lovely stay in a quiet, private space close to Old Town, the Bosque (for daily walking and cycling), and numerous restaurants and coffee shops. Erin was so easy to communicate with, she was responsive when we had questions and respectful of our privacy. I highly recommend this comfortable space; it's large enough for 2 people - and more if it's a short stay. Parking is easy, but you can also leave your car behind as it's a pretty walkable area.

This is such a beautiful stay by an amazing couple… They go above and beyond for you! Their place you will not be sorry!!! From the private views you get from there beautiful property, too they’re extremely comfortable beds, amenities, made to order breakfast and all the little touches. This is a little slice of heaven.

Great for me & my guests one night stay, room has lots of space and easy parking lot! Area has doggy bags and lots of space for animals :-) The bed was super comfy and clean, and super helpful staff & front desk

We had a great Spring break mini vacay with our school aged boys and our puppy. The house is clean and comfortable. The yard is so much fun and the deck and views are Amazing. Amanda was responsive and supportive even during a violent wind Storm and power outage. we look forward to a return visit!

Tamara's sanctuary was exactly that for us, as well as for the magnificent assortment of animals in her care. We came here after some wild adventures, and Tamara was so welcoming and helpful as we unwound and quickly turned around to travel home. This property is utterly unique, charming, comfortable, cozy, and clean. The breakfast was delicious, and the midnight snack on our arrival day was such a nice extra touch. Tamara was a fabulous host, helping us with a handful of unusual requests while simultaneously respecting our privacy. She and her animals were a delight!

Jim is a wonderful host and makes you feel at home. He is worldy and has neat and amusing stories and information to share. Our room was next to an internal greenhouse. It was full of windows and skylights and we could see the stars at night above. The drive to Sante Fe from here is about 18 min, and easy once you are familiar with the route. Excellent stay.

Fantastic Place - Early November - the cottonwoods were incredible and we loved our casita

Clean and comfortable space, great shower. On my last night there the other guests were up very late talking but not the hosts fault. The bedrooms are right next to each other so sound really travels. Great location and the other guest was very quiet. The front glass door sticks a little, handle opens easiest when turned up instead of down like normal - so at first wasn't sure how to get to the keypad and accidentally rang doorbell instead. But I figured it out in a few minutes. Overall a fine stay.

I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet and authentic stay in the Chimayo area. Ernesto and his family were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and provided a history of the property and the area. There were tvs in the room but I think that’s part of the charm of the property. And it was nice winding down and being able to unplug during the stay (there is wifi available and my cellphone had excellent reception). I highly recommend Casa Escondida.
