Sie suchen das etwas besondere Apartment in sehr ruhiger, sonniger Lage mit einzigartiger Aussicht auf die Dolomiten? Dennoch ist der Ortskern in nur wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Im Sommer starten direkt vor der Haustür Wanderwege. Im Winter befindet sich die Skibushaltestelle nur wenige Meter von der Haustür entfernt. Das Apartment ist mit Massivholzmöbeln, angefertigt von einheimischen Tischlern ausgestattet und bietet sämtlichen Comfort. Für Apreskiliebhaber ist das Apartment nicht geeignet.

Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The Apartment is 68 m² large and is located on the ground floor, with direct access on a small garden. The town center of Santa Cristina is easily reachable by just a short walk and it is convenient for the access to the promenade. On its privileged position, you will find the Saslong Cable car which is an excellent starting point for the famous Sellaronda ski tour. You will also find a community ski depot and one reserved outdoor parking space. There is no parking space available for camper.

Our guests can set off from right in front of the house, either on foot, or on the bus for free that takes you from just outside the house to the nearby ski lifts in 5 minutes.

In winter, thanks to the convenient location, the entire Dolomiti Superski ski area, with the famous Sellaronda, is practically at your doorstep. Das Auto kann im hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Zudem befindet sich der idyllische Völser Weiher und das historisch bedeutsame Schloss Prösels in meiner Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft wegen der freundlichen Atmosphäre, der liebevoll renovierten Wohnung und wegen unseres gepflegten Gartens lieben.
