Elle a une vue sur la mer imprenable. Elle a la mer juste en bas ou l'on peut se baigner et se trouve a 150 mètres de la plage. Elle est située dans une rue piétonne. Le gouvernement Balear exige une taxe touristique. de 2€50 par jour et par personne, collectée en espèces par le propriétaire..

Amazing Luxury Finca - Can Jesús

Our charming countryside house has recently refurbished, equipped with all the luxury amenities and tastefully decorated. The house is located in S’Arraco (right between Andratx and San Telmo) and overlooks to beautiful Tramuntana Mountains. The short drive from the road to the house is a small piece not too narrow but curvy and a bit rough, but not difficult to drive. Our pool is 5m to 10m.

Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation or unwind. Due to the local Balearic Islands taxes, the ecotax should be payed directly ( for 2025 it is 2 euros/ person/day ( for over 16 years old only) + 10% VAT.
