It's a fresh, light and warm apartment in a cosy neightbornhood, and very close to the city center. There are trams and busses just a few hundred meters away. There is parking spot reserved for you. There is a garden area for you, if the sunny weathers allows for a "Fika" outside. It is possible to borrow our barbeque as well. Centrum - 8 minuts with tram Nightlife- 10 minuts with tram Shopping - 5 minuts with tram Park - 10 minutes walk Foodstore - 2 minuts with tram. Welcome!

Detta speciella ställe ligger nära allt. Här finns egen uteplats på en avskild innergård mitt i den livfulla stadsdelen Linné där ni har stadens bästa restauranger precis runt hörnet. Området har stort kulturutbud och mycket bra kommunikationer med spårvagnsknutpunkt inom 300 m och 15 min promenad till centrum eller Slottskogen.
