Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Das neue (alte) Holzhaus wurde sehr ökologisch und auf neuestem Stand wieder hergerichtet. Dieses Studio wurde fast nur mit altem & neuem Holz ausgekleidet - man sieht noch die alte Handwerkskunst. Dennoch ist auch das Moderne wie Beamer, Alexa Sprachsteuerung eingebaut. Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.

My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.

The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.
