Catbells is a lovely, modern, detached bungalow in a quiet area in St Bees with a garage, a glass walled terrace overlooking the golf course, sea & village and use of a large games room with table tennis & darts. It has a suntrap back garden and is only 10 minutes walk to the beach. It's ideal for a relaxing holiday. Little yurt

A beautiful little yurt, sleeps 2, either a double or twin. Set next to a bubbling stream on a working lakeland sheep farm. On the findge of the Wasdale valley on the western side of the lake district. Ideal for a cozy romantic get away or base for exploring the amazing area. The yurt DOESN'T have any electricity in but it does have a lovely little wood burning stove and you have access to a mini kitchen in the utility room a short distance away . Beds are made with linen and throws. Supper cozy

Cosy 2 bedroom cottage in St Bees village near sea

Newly refurbished Grainger Cottage is a delightful traditional cottage set in the coastal village of St Bees, just a five minute walk to the sandy beach, local pubs, rail station .Dog friendly with a private garden at the rear. The ground floor consists: entrance hall; lounge with wood burning stove, & TV; well equipped kitchen; utility room with washing m/c and toilet. Upstairs: two bedrooms (1 kingsize & 1 double bed) bathroom with bath & separate shower. The cottage has gas central heating.

Located on Whitehaven‘s main Street 250 metres from the historic Harbour and modern Marina. Stairs lead from the Main entrance at street level to the spacious self-contained, first-floor flat. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants and pubs in the locality and part of the coastal path. Local seaside beaches are StBees, Seascale, Ravenglass (with its miniature railway) - all accessible by train or road. Ennerdale, Eskdale and Wasdale are close by; providing lots of areas to walk and explore.

Many walks and cycle routes from the cottage doorstep. Situated very close to Ennerdale Water & the C2C and wainwright coast to coast routes. Easy access to western fells and solway coast.

It has a dog friendly beach, is great for fishing, has lots of wildlife and has the most stunning sunsets. In winter, enjoy cosy evenings with the fire lit. An ideal base for exploring the Western Lake District and Cumbrian Coast. It is surrounded by scenic walks and activities. It is close to St Bees coast to coast walk too. Superb views of the surrounding countryside, Irish Sea and the Lake District Mountains. This accommodation is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Ideally located for walking, mountain biking, kayaking, golf or walks on the beach all within a short drive.
