Nautical loft guest house with hot tub and sauna

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located space. Walking distance to several downtown shops and restaurants, and only one mile from the beach, this loft boasts skylights, cedar hot tub and sauna, outdoor shower and full kitchen. If you are traveling through Sandwich, this loft is a must-see. We recommend this space for two people. While you can technically fit 4, it is quite crowded. If you plan to use the hot tub or sauna, please let us know in advance so we can set it up for you.

Hello vacation! The 1st floor of this renovated home has a gorgeous kitchen with a huge island ideal for meal prep, eating, hanging out and more! Walking up the stairs you’ll find a beautiful living room. You can enjoy ocean views from here or the deck which is just through the sliding doors. You'll also find the oversized master bedroom which has ocean views and a twin pull out. Our house, Casa del Carman, is waiting for you to make your Cape Cod memories here! Ask me about the cottage!

Centerville Pool House

Centrally located 3-bedroom/ 1.5 baths house in a quiet residential neighborhood 2 miles to Craigville Beach!! Family room and a sunroom lead out to a private fenced in backyard with a fire pit and an inground pool!! A fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a separate dining area, that leads to a second living room. Flat screen TVs, central air conditioning, w/d on site. Hardwood floors throughout the house. Perfectly set up for a family summer vacation to remember!

Recent upgrades include flooring, renovated bathroom and brand new gas grill. Spend the day relaxing on the beach & the evening making smores over a beach bonfire. Located in Cape Cod's oldest town, it is only a short ride to Sandy Neck, Town Neck, shops, restaurants & Tree House Brewery.

This cozy cottage is located on a private 42 acre, spring fed, crystal clear private pond. Enjoy kayaking, swimming or fishing from the dock or just relax on the deck overlooking the pond. Sleeps 5 in 2 bedrooms and trundle bed in the 4 season room. There is good fishing and canal cruises, cafes and restaurants close by and a summer concert series in park. Many of our guests with children have visited Edaville Railroad and "Thomasville" It is about 15 miles from the cottage

The tree house is accessible by a suspension bridge that leads you to a partially covered porch where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or sit back & take in the sunset with a glass of wine. Step inside to the living space & snuggle up on the couch for an intimate evening.

Walk to Heritage Museum and Gardens and stroll through Sandwich Village to visit the Glass Museum, Dunbar Tea House, Daniel Webster Inn, and Spa. Spend the day at Sandwich's iconic boardwalk, Sandy Neck, and local beaches.
