The Beach House, West Wittering Beach. An airy, bright home, shares a garden with the main house, sitting directly on the beach. A perfect getaway, an hour and a half from London. It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. Open-plan fully-equipped new kitchen, big comfortable sofa, TV/Wifi, separate shower room. Super king double bed, plus 2 single beds on large mezzanine floor with a sea view.

Primrose Cottage Annexe is a newly converted detached property compromising of lounge, bedroom and bathroom. Offering complete privacy and separate entrance from the main property it is a great place to relax overlooking our garden which is full of wildlife. In the heart of Warsash the property is 5 minutes walk from Warsash Sailing club, Maritime Academy and 3 great pubs. Also a 10 minute drive to Whiteley Business Park, Shopping, NATS, making it a great base whilst away for work or leisure

Modern purpose built self contained chalet, next to the house but with its own private entrance and private pergola area with canvas sides complete with cosy seating & lighting plus hot tub! Situated in East Cowes. The house was part of the Osborne estate so we are situated right next to Osborne House, also a 2 minute drive or 15 minute walk from East Cowes Red Funnel. We are also on a main bus route to Newport or Ryde. There is private access & your own parking space. It is an ideal location.

The Cabin at Howe Lodge

A lovely garden cabin with vintage details. It's very comfortable, quiet, with sea views nearby. It's a short walk to the beach and coastal path. The village, pubs and restaurants are also within walking distance. The cabin is in the garden of the main home, but very private. There is a toilet and a wash basin within the cabin. The heated shower is outdoors with sea views! We offer a simple and tasty complimentary breakfast served in your cabin or on our deck (weather permitting).

Cosy self contained studio next to, but separate to our family home located on the outskirts of Newport. 20 minute walk to the town centre and local amenities. 10 minute walk to the historic Carisbrooke castle and beautiful walks in the surrounding area. We are on a bus route. Private access to the property and free on street parking. Studio 114 offers a double bedroom, bathroom, kettle, toaster, microwave and mini fridge, TV, free Wi-Fi and small patio space with table and chairs.

Short drive to Ventnor, Freshwater and Newport.

Studio apartment, on private driveway in an elevated position with fabulous views over the solent and off road parking (electric car charging available on request) Snug in the winter and cool in the summer, great for spotting red squirrels and all the cruise ships! A 15 minute walk from central Cowes and the red jet. It’s an ideal bolthole and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. 5 min walk to the sea for a cold water dip.

This is a fully furnished mobile home in the grounds of a detached cottage on the outskirts of Titchfield, which is half-way between Portsmouth and Southampton. There is space to park a car off the road. There is a local village centre and more shops at larger local centres in Fareham and Whiteley. There is no washing machine or dryer in the property but guests can use the facilities in the main house.
