Modern townhouse close to city center and beach

Modern townhouse with sunny terrace and parking in garage (with Zaptech charger). Nice and green enviroment, close to sea. 1st floor: Hall, kitchen, living room, terrace facing southwest, washing room with toilet. 2nd floor: 3 bedrooms, bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen. The place suits perfect for two couples, or a family. We have kids at age 0 and 3, and there are toys avaliable to be used. 5 minutes walk to beach, 20 minutes walk to city center. 5 minutes bus trip to city center.

Huset består av 3 soverom, plass til 7 voksne og en barneseng. Stort bad med badekar, dusj, toalett, og et mindre bad med toalett. Koselig kjøkken og stor stue.
