Modern townhouse with sunny terrace and parking in garage (with Zaptech charger). Nice and green enviroment, close to sea. 1st floor: Hall, kitchen, living room, terrace facing southwest, washing room with toilet. 2nd floor: 3 bedrooms, bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen. The place suits perfect for two couples, or a family. We have kids at age 0 and 3, and there are toys avaliable to be used. 5 minutes walk to beach, 20 minutes walk to city center. 5 minutes bus trip to city center.

Our cozy terraced house is nestled in peaceful, scenic surroundings, just a short distance from the city center, forest, and seaside. Built in 2015 and spanning 130 m² (1,400 sq. ft), it offers everything you need for a perfect stay. The house is bright, quiet, and equipped with fast Wi-Fi and more. From the charming terrace just 50 meters away, forest trails lead you to the stunning seaside in under 5 minutes—perfect for swimming, picnics, runs, or walks and with spectacular mountain views.

Casa Seaview

På dette romslige og unike stedet kommer hele gruppen til å være komfortabel. Flott tursti rett utenfor døren langs sjøen. 350 meter til matbutikk. 400 meter til buss. I området er det diverse restauranter, pub og bar finnes innen 5 minutters gange. Om en vil ta spasertur til sentrum er dette 15 minutters gange eller 4 - 5 minutter med buss. I leiligheten finnes det en del private ting, som klær. Egne skaper til gjester er merket. Båt tur kan også leies via vert. Dette må avtales forhånd

Nyere, meget tiltalende leilighet fra 2014 med 2 soverom og 2 bad. Leiligheten er sentralt plassert på Hinna Park i et moderne bygg. Her kan du parkere bilen trygt i garasjeanlegget, ta heisen opp og gå tørrskodd hele veien inn i leiligheten. Vil du la bilen stå er kollektivforbindelsen meget god med både buss og tog. Leiligheten holder gjennomgående høy standard, har gode vindusflater og innglasset terrasse. 2x parkeringsplass i lukket anlegg, tilrettelagt for el-bil lading.

The apartment is just a few minutes walk from the train and bus station in Sandnes. It is a basement apartment that has been modernised and upgraded, finished in april 2019. It has got two separate bedrooms and a livingroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is spacious and well suited for making your own food. Bed in a separate corner in the hallway is available. Parking for two cars available. Close to Lysefjorden, Pulpit Rock and Kjerag. 15 min drive from AirPort.

Koselig liten leilighet i rolig boligstrøk 10 min fra sentrum. Det går busser hvert 5 min. Vi har sykler, hjelmer, skateboard, sparkesykler, rulleskøyter, fotball mm til låns, bare spør🙌 Norges største skatepark i betong, (Tasta Skatepark) er 5 min gåtur unna. 1 times kjøring til Preikestolen. Vi har lader til elbil. Havet og skogen rundt Stavangers største innsjø, Store Stokkavannet, er en kort gåtur borte. Fleksibel inn/utsjekk😃
