Incredibly beautiful surroundings, right on the lake. Private and plenty to do with lake watching, kayaking and walking. The house was spotless, simple, comfortable and welcoming, great for a family of four. The fireplace and windows in the main bedroom were gorgeous. Kara and Serge were very friendly and helpful. We’ll be going again.

Our time at Debbie’s cottage could not have been better. We spent our days at all the local wineries which were no further than a 20 minute drive and our evenings by the dock watching the breathtaking sunsets. Debbie was friendly, responsive and incredibly helpful. We could not think of a better place to have spent our 8 year anniversary. We cannot wait to be back one day soon :) Thank you Debbie!!!

Great location and a cozy place to set up home base while exploring the Wellington area. The balcony was awesome for morning coffee while taking in the lake view. We’ll be back!

It is a wonderful place and Kyle was always responsive with very good detailed instructions. The house was very clean and organized. Would like to stay again sometime in the future when we could enjoy the lake and some swimming.

The cottage was thoughtfully stocked with everything from soap and coffee to all the necessary appliances. The internet was fast, and the heat pump kept us warm on cooler nights. We kayaked and canoed around the lake several times, enjoying the wildlife—turtles, herons, ducks, loons, and frogs. The fire pit was perfectly placed for sunset views, with plenty of kindling and wood. The BBQ worked great, and Verona offered everything we needed, including good food at Muddy Waters Restaurant and treats at a local bakery and Kawartha ice cream shop. The fall colors were stunning throughout our stay. Highly recommend this cottage for a peaceful, well-equipped getaway!"

Thanks Douglas for the perfect cottage. The cottage is right on the lake Ontario and is huge. Its suitable for large groups. Garden is spacious, home was very neat & clean and perfect sunrise views. The deck can accommodate 15+ people for barbeque evenings. The dark skies are perfect for celestial viewing. We will recommend this for vacations.

Nous avons eu un problème avec la connexion internet, avec une collaboration entre nous Jade et les gens du service internet problème résolu en mois de 24 hrs. Nous avons trouvé une poêle T-falf endommagée, le lendemain deux nouvelles poêles nous ont été livrées. Il est très agréable de parler avec des personnes respectueuses et attentives.
