300 feet from Atlantic Ocean: Cozy Guest Suite

Guest will have private access on the first floor of this three story ocean view beach home in Virginia Beach, VA. The guest suite is separate from the main house. Two bedrooms with a queen bed in each room and one bathroom. In the entrance hallway there is a stacker washer dryer, refrigerator, microwave, sink next to refrigerator along with a gas grill outside. NOTE: There is no living room; however, there are chairs in the bedrooms. The true living room is the beach on the Atlantic Ocean :)

The Green Bean Bungalow

Kick back and relax at The Green Bean Bungalow (400 sq ft) with peaceful waterfront views of Back Bay Sandbridge. This tiny home comes with full bay access (paddleboard provided), community pools (seasonal), tennis/pickleball court, basketball court, playground, a short distance to the beach (beach chairs & beach/pool towels included) and local restaurants. We are a part of the Surfside RV Resort in Sandbridge. You’ll be foot steps away from family fun and relaxation! *Please read all info below

Be our guest and enjoy some of the most spectacular views in all of Virginia Beach. Lounge in the pool and watch the sun set over Back Bay or enjoy exploring Back Bay with fishing and site seeing. With the beach being a block away, you can get your feet wet with surfing or snorkeling or simply relax on the beach with your favorite beverage. Little Island Park, Back Bay Wildlife Refuge & The Baja are just a few minutes away as well. This 6 bedroom home, with 11 beds will be the perfect get away.

Ocean Escape, 4th floor condo in the luxuriously upscale Sanctuary Resort at False Cape in Virginia Beach, Virginia, breathtaking views of both the Atlantic Ocean and Back Bay and is a leisurely 100 step stroll to the beautiful beach and surf. Beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, sand toys for the kids, boogie boards and two beach cruiser bikes. Community pool area, complete with Jacuzzi tub, lounge furniture, and stainless steel gas grills. The elevator is just across from dedicated parking spot.

You will have a ground level private entrance with a keyless self-check-in. Located in the quiet North End of Sandbridge Beach, you will have a 5-minute walk to the beach. The apartment offers a spacious king bedroom, an upscale bathroom with a tiled shower, a kitchenette, a dinette, and a living area with a sofa and smart TV with Wi-Fi streaming.

The Surf Shack is the perfect place for a couples getaway or a young family beach vacation!

Come and "Forget About It" in a 1000 sqft 2 bedroom guest suite on the first floor. Quietly and conveniently located on a cul-de-sac. Only a short walk (approximately 300 steps) to the beach! Listen to the ocean waves as you relax out back by the pool. Enjoy the quiet north end of Sandbridge Beach where there is no public parking. Virginia Beach Oceanfront is only 7 miles away. Owners live upstairs and are here to help and assist as needed.
