"Casa Decano": mer et beau jardin

Joyeux appartement aux couleurs pop des années 70, récemment rénové, près de la mer et du centre de San Vincenzo (également accessible en train). RDC, accès direct au jardin. Idéal pour télétravail. Animaux domestiques avec supplément (12 euros). Le jardin (que Decano a créé il y a de nombreuses années avec soin) est spacieux, adapté pour déjeuner et diner dans un cadre verdoyant. Fonctionnel, moderne et bien équipé, l'appartement a pour colonne sonore Donna Summer, Abba et Ricchi e Poveri.
