8/5 stars. this place was fantastic for two families. beautiful, well thought out, super quiet neighborhood, but a 5 min walk to town. Pool is fantastic. Host was very helpful. Wonderful place!!!

I had a wonderful stay at Mary and Jona’s Villa! The place was exactly as described clean, cozy, and located in a peaceful area. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect during my stay. I truly felt at home. I highly recommend staying with them if you’re visiting Chiang Mai. Thanks again for everything I’d definitely love to come back someday!

This was a great stay!

We love this place! Everything was the same as shared in the pictures in the listing, and the whole house/apartment was very clean and complete with essentials. The beds were comfy and there were 2 full bathrooms, perfect for families and huge friend groups. The hosts were very responsive as well and nice and easy to talk to. Location was amazing — we had a coffee shop right below us, and the coffee was perfection. There are a lot of cute local boutique shops as well as local restaurants around the neighborhood that we had a hard time choosing which ones to prioritize lol. We're also pretty close to the airport and the old city. All in all, an amazing stay! Thank you so much for the wonderful hosts.

Stunning place to stay in with my family and very clean, comfortable 5* settings Walt is very responsive and great communication through Airbnb chat as well. Definitely recommended

The most lovely hosts and place Ive ever been to. Silence all around, birds singing, squirrels on the trees. The terrace is the best spot. if you are a digital nomad seeking for a spot far from the city noise and rush, do not hesitate, just come here and you wont regret. The hosts are very helpful, proactive and they really do care about guest's comfort. Highly recommended !

This place is a private community with many lanes. We got lost at first, but Pak and his housekeeper came to the rescue just in the nick of time. The communication with Pak was very good. The inside of the house is very spacious and beautiful, but some of the furniture can use some upgrade. The location is good, and the place is very peaceful. We use this house as our place to sleep because we had lots of meetings, so we didn't spend much around the house during the day. The housekeeper is very responsive, helpful and friendly. Thank you for hosting.

这次在清迈的民宿体验真的太棒了！房子装修得非常复古，每一个细节都充满了设计感，仿佛住进了一个充满故事的空间，拍照根本停不下来！房东人超级热情，不仅给了我们很多当地的美食和景点推荐，还帮我们解决了各种小问题，真的像朋友一样贴心。民宿的位置也很方便，出门就有便利店和餐厅，去古城和夜市都很近，交通完全不用愁。总之，这次入住体验满分，强烈推荐给所有来清迈的朋友！希望未来有机会一定再来住！🌟

Nirinrada provided us with a wonderful stay! She was incredibly kind, sweet, and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The space was clean, cozy, and as described. Her hospitality went above and beyond and truly made our trip even better. Highly recommend!

Watsons and Convenience market is 2 minutes by walk. Nimman haemin is 15-20 minutes by walk too. Not that much traffic if you go and back from hotel to Old town. I actually have been there 6 years ago it was cafe named ‘yellow craft’ and surprised it has been changed nice and cozy. Even it’s not fully kitchens you will be able to quick cook with water boiler and electric wave. There are 5 rooms, 3 rooms are king bed and two rooms are 2 queen bed, all room has a/c working good. Two bathrooms are as big as you can take a shower and do sanitiser things and the other one is only for toilet well maintained. But the thing is that water pressure is very weak, cannot spread up when shower head upside down. Any necessary things like tissue or plastic bag for rubbish was filled up quickly. Two locker keys for lock main and inside door are little inconvenience when some of your member go out or left there. Cus It was supposed to be re-built as cafe and still using old door not card, p/w type

Had a fantastic stay at Don's place. Beautiful front garden terrace, clean beds. everyone was so nice to us on our holiday. Thank you for sharing your space with us. Will be back.

Jedyod was by far one my favorite Airbnb stays and my group is fairly picky. The place was so aesthetically pleasing. Like IG picture perfect. The location was great. Lots of small shops to get anything you’d need from. Close to the mall. Like a 3 minute scooter ride. Linens were clean and white. Bath rooms were also clean. Loved it. Will be back absolutely. 🔥🔥🔥

Such a great stay. If you want to be close to Nimman, this is the place. Very walkable. The garden was also beautiful. Host was always responsive and gave great recs.

We really love staying at Pattararin’s place. We have come back to stay annually for the past 3 years. Decor is stylish and modern with no clusters. Every room is spacious with its own bathroom is definitely a big plus. Location is the best to explore Nimman on foot but yet in the quiet part of Nimman.

Great apartment, near everything in the city center. But far enough where you have privacy and peace and quite. The apartment was clean, well taken care of, and had air conditioning

wonderful stay

House is in peaceful, gated neighborhood, last house of the block so no traffic. Surrounding is perfect for kids. Yard is great, house itself is great and kitchen is fully equiped if you need it. There is an ocassional noise from departing planes but that didn’t bother any of us.
