My space is a modern contemporary apartment in San Pedro Del Pinatar. The apartment is an Easy 10 minute walk to beach, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. We have a balcony and roof terrace with electric remote control awning and tables, chairs and loungers. There is also a beautiful communal pool. We have big smart cable Tv with English and Spanish channels, air conditioning, dish washer, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave and everything else you might need during your stay

Nieuwbouwappartement met zeezicht op de Mar Menor

Dit moderne nieuwbouwappartement op het gelijkvloers is geschikt voor 4 tot 6 personen. Je kan er ook terecht met een baby of peuter want er is ook een kinderbedje en kindereetstoel aanwezig. Verder ligt het appartement aan het mooie strand van Santiago de La Ribera nl. "Playa Puntica" aan een lange promenade. Vanop het terras vooraan heb je een mooi uitzicht op de Mar Menor. De ideale uitvalsbasis voor het bezoeken van steden zoals Murcia, Alicante, Torrevieja of het culturele Cartagena.

You are welcome in VISTALMAR BIJOU STUDIO when you are looking for holiday accommodation as a solo traveler or couple. When you love privacy, quality and Spanish surroundings then this is your place. The 15m2 studio is little but very comfortable with the 30m2 terrace and I guarantee that you have everything necessary for a short holiday. Or in case you need a place to stay calm and work through the fibre cable internet then this is the place for you to stay also for a couple of months.

Situado al lado del Club Náutico de Santiago de la Ribera. En la zona podrás encontrar restaurantes y bares a 5 minutos andando por el paseo. Aparcamiento gratuito junto al edificio. Supermercados como Mercadona y Lidl a 7 minutos en coche. Otras tiendas de bienes básicos a pocos minutos andando.

Возможен трансфер из аэропорта Аликанте. WI-FI, кондиционер, большая и удобная кровать, телевизор 55 ". В ванной комнате пол с подогревом. Большой балкон. При позднем заезде рядом магазин 24 часа. Рядом остановка огромный выбор ресторанов, прокат самокатов. До центра 10 минут пешком.
