Elegante loft justo al lado de la emblemática Plaza de Toros de Las Ventas en un barrio con muy buena comunicación con el centro y otros lugares de interés (Aeropuerto / Retiro / Wizink Center / Barrio de Salamanca / Gran Via/Sol). Decorado cuidadando cada detalle para que tu estancia en Madrid sea inolvidable. El espacio es diáfano, con un diseño contemporáneo que combina lo elegante con lo funcional y sofisticado. Luminoso y acogedor apartamento situado en una zona tranquila,muy cercana a la calle Alcalá, que es una de las calles mas comerciales de Madrid, y muy cerca también se encuentra la emblemática plaza de toros de la Ventas, con parada de autobús en la misma puerta que te desplaza al centro de la ciudad en 15 minutos y con parada de metro en tal solo 5 minutos. Un barrio muy agradable con todo tipo de comercios y servicios, supermercados,parques,etc. La limpieza es por sábanas y toallas .

Consta de 2 dormitorios, uno con cama de matrimonio y otro con 2 camas individuales. La ubicación es perfecta para visitar la ciudad. Situado cerca del metro y con paradas de autobús a la Puerta del Sol, Palacio Real, Gran Vía, Retiro, MovistarArena, IFEMA, etc. En coche estás a 10 minutos del aeropuerto. Tienes todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda y agradable. Hay cuna y bañera de bebé, previo pago. El cuarto de baño tiene ducha amplia y la cocina está totalmente equipada.
