Located in downtown Telluride, this ground floor condo sleeps 1-6 comfortably. Enjoy free off-street parking for one vehicle, relax in the saltwater hot-tub and take in the tranquil sounds of the gurgling San Miguel river steps from the front door. This convenient downtown location is a short walk or free bus ride to anywhere in town and skiers will be pleased with the stones throw proximity to chair 7 and ticket office. The Gondola is a short walk down the river trail.

Lovely little slice of Telluride!

We've re-designed and recently completed a lovely remodel. We've opened up walls, taken out extraneous owner's closets and made it into a much more usable short-term rental. Though the 1 bedroom condo is only 450 square feet, it feels like the perfect amount of space for a 4 person family or a couple and a couple friends. Budget Homebase w/ Hot Tub & Pool

Read the reviews! This home boasts one of the best locations in town. 10 min walk to festival grounds entrance. 30 second walk to the river trail. 5 min walk to gondola/slopes or downtown. This is one of the only stays in town with a hot tub AND a pool(open during summer)! Amazing views from patio. Its a very quick walk to enjoy all the local eats, galleries, shops and music festivals.
