Beautiful guesthouse close to Telluride & desert

Spacious studio apartment with in-floor heat & large deck in the trees off main street in Norwood. Walking distance to everything. Off-street parking. Close to Telluride for skiing and festivals! Biking and hiking trails are a 5-minute drive away. Miramonte Reservoir is also close by for fishing, boating and swimming. There is one queen-sized bed, in-floor heat and a full kitchen. Pet fee is $50, and only one pet (dog only) allowed. You may not leave the dog unaccompanied in the apartment.

Home is on 2 fenced acres with ample parking for your RV, trailers, boats, detached storage shed for your use! Ideal for the horse lover, with 2 separate paddocks and stalls. Water and power to paddocks, additional grazing available! Conveniently located near Telluride, Moab, and Montrose. Norwood is in the middle of it all, yet far enough away to enjoy the small town quaintness rarely found.

500 ft from chair 8, and the Gondola, and across the street from the Market, and Petit Maison, this cozy condo is in perhaps the best location in Telluride. Many parks, Restaurants, art, and culture, a stones throw from the front door. Our contemporary cabin is located 10 minutes (6 miles) from the town of Telluride. We are 2.7 miles form the Town of Mountain Village Gondola parking structure. The Gondola is a fun, free ride to town.
