The house is on a working 80-acre vineyard and overlooks a pond with a 500-year-old oak tree. Direct access on main road and less than a 5-minute drive to local Adelaida wineries (Halter, Tablas, Justin, and more). Drive to downtown Paso Robles is 15 minutes.
