Elevated Living Mountain Retreat

A true Rocky Mountain get away. Located just 2 miles from town. This brand new majestic 3 bed/2 bath cabin is nestled at 9550' overlooking the Animas River in the San Juan Mountains. The cabin boasts a 360 degree mountain view. It combines old world mining heritage and decor with modern luxuries. With direct access to the Alpine loop, the outdoor options are unlimited. Walking, hiking, biking, fishing & ORV riding is directly out the front door. 4x4 or AWD vehicles recommended in winter months.

Historic 1883 Victorian home on the main street of downtown Silverton with long driveway to park truck/trailer or several cars. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery, and shops. Park your car and walk or bike everywhere for the rest of your stay. The Towerhouse. A perfect landmark Victorian

Stylishly and meticulously remodeled historic Victorian in the heart of scenic Silverton. Guests will enjoy a chef's kitchen, whole house entertainment system, TV room, living room with fireplace, radiant heat throughout, view decks with outdoor dining, good art, large soaking tubs, and ample natural light. The owners spared no expense when bringing this neglected home back to life. The Towerhouse is a well known landmark that gives visitors a sense of Silverton's past in comfort and style.

Beautiful high-end, modern home. Cathedral ceilings and huge windows with mtn views galore. In-floor heat, gas fireplace, internet/cable, high-speed internet, smart-key, W/D 1700 sq ft. EV charger, swamp cooler, and sauna! Located blocks from Kendall Mtn and downtown (0.5mi). Arguably the best views in town. silverton mountain. Closest house to OHV road. Must trailer to approved ohv road (CR2) or guests can pay $22/d across the street at silverton lakes for direct ohv access.

Mountain Vista House

Our contemporary cabin is located 10 minutes (6 miles) from the town of Telluride. We are 2.7 miles form the Town of Mountain Village Gondola parking structure. The Gondola is a fun, free ride to town. There is also an extensive trail system for hiking, biking and running that can be accessed from within the neighborhood( maps in binder) Please read this before requesting to book, ESPECIALLY if booking during winter months (Nov-April)our property may not be for everyone...

Hillside Hideaway - Box Canyon Views

Have fun with the whole family at our Telluride home with amazing views of the box canyon. Hillside Hideaway is ~3 min to town and ~7 min to mountain village. Walk out the front door and access the valley floor trails, bike path, river or trails into the backcountry. Enjoy stunning sunsets from the deck or admire the elk wandering the protected land in front of our home. Thoughtfully renovated in 2025. We hope you love it here as much as we do!

Entire Silverton home w/ garage & bike tools!

~~~ Silverton Adventure House ~~~ Built in 2011, this is the perfect base for your next visit to the San Juan mountains! Radiant in-floor heat ensures a cozy stay. There is a small garage that is heated and includes a workbench with ski tools and space for gear storage. We welcome all Silverton visitors and will do our best to help you have an amazing stay! We are pet friendly! A $50 pet fee will be charged separately if you bring pets.

Altitude Adjustment

A brand new build - finished in May 2019. Three bedrooms, two baths, in a residential neighborhood in the town of Silverton. Some of the best views of Kendall Mountain. The Altitude Adjustment has a huge yard, fire pit, RV parking and plug-in, granite kitchen counters, laminate floors, and TV's through the house and in each bedroom. Ride the train up to almost the front door. Plenty of pull around and thru parking for trucks and trailers.
