Bait stands, boat ramps , multiple bay systems within few miles. Beach, shopping, restaurant, public pool, art galleries near by. Calypso's Cottage.

Calypso's Cottage is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home that is conveniently located 5 blocks from the beach, and close to shops and restaurants. Rooms 1 & 2 each sleep 4 on two full sized beds and share a hallway bathroom. The master bedroom has a Queen sized bed and a private bathroom, and TV. Complete with wireless internet, 50" smart TV, and private balcony. A large patio area under the cottage with a table, lounge chairs, rinse station, and plenty of parking. Sorry, no pets or smoking.

The 'little house' is next to a larger home that is seldom used. Completely remodeled after Hurricane Harvey, including new flooring and windows. Minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, public boat ramp and Rockport Beach. An easy 20 minute drive to the Port Aransas for deep sea fishing.

Heron House Cottage one block from Fulton Marina

Cool cozy 1930s cottage with fully equipped kitchen plus large covered driveway for boat or jet skis and fenced backyard with 300 year old live oak tree. One block from multiple restaurants, bars, shops. Several harbors and boat launches very close. Great BBQ pit. Entire inside has just been renovated with new flooring, windows, window coverings and paint. Also a new refrigerator and sink. Recently both bathrooms have been renovated with new showers and vanities.
