You can also fish here all year round! Community pool/gym/dock/boat ramp/picnic area available within walking distance (~5 blocks away - Cabin is not on the water, see map). Local activities, Livingston Lake, the Sam Houston Wine Trail, and quaint downtown, are all within a few miles drive.

At the ranch, we have 15 houses to accommodate around 70 people. You can enjoy two swimming pools, fishing in the Trinity River, or simply relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, beautiful skies, and sunsets.
