Wake up to the Lake breeze in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath beautiful and spacious lake house steps away from your private dock all to your self in Coldspring on Lake Livingston! (Unfortunately no watercraft is allowed on or near the dock due to HOA rules) The house features a huge living room for guests to unwind after a day in the lake and a beautiful lake view deck to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise in the morning . Home is located in nice, quiet subdivision south of Livingston.

The Lazy Turtle may be quaint but she packs a punch when it comes to all the fun around. Nestled on the tip of a cove you have all the views of the open water without the hustle and bustle of boats interrupting your swimming, kayaking or fishing. Sandbar across the canal is a popular spot! Two bedrooms accommodate up to 6 people. Open concept kitchen and living room provide all the space you’ll need for eating and cooking. Snuggle up on the couch to read a book with a calming Lakeview in view.

Willow Springs Cabin is a 960 sqft cabin on three acres of wooded land. Purposefully designed with couples in mind to relax, reconnect and make new discoveries. Kick back and relax in this thoughtfully furnished and designed cabin near Lake Livingston (2nd largest lake in TX)! Come here to picnic or take a canoe (available to rent) out into the lake! You can also fish here all year round! Community pool/gym/dock/boat ramp/picnic area available within walking distance (~5 blocks away - Cabin is not on the water, see map). You'll love this cabin and lake! We live nearby and can answer any questions/share recommendations. We look forward to hosting you!

Cabin is on a lakefront and the view is amazing! Great for fishing, kayaking, and swimming. There will be free use of boats and fishing equipment. Inside the cabin is a collection of dvd movies and games for entertainment. Also, the neighborhood has a private beach (white sands) that is about 15 minute walk away.
