La Casa de Playa - piscina y jacuzzi a 50m del mar

An Oasis of Wellness! This impressive holiday home, partially powered by solar energy (12 solar panels), with 4 bedrooms, sea views, a private heated pool, and a jacuzzi, offers everything one could wish for a perfect, relaxing, and comfortable holiday — whether for a large family or a group of friends. Located in a quiet and safe residential area right in front of Ensenada Pelada beach, it features a spacious terrace with a cozy seating area under a romantic wooden pergola, sun loungers to enjoy the wonderful Canary Islands climate, a dining area also protected by a pergola, and a large barbecue. The very spacious living room with open kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds of appliances, including a water filtration system. Three double bedrooms and an independent studio with air conditioning, two double beds, and its own en-suite bathroom, plus two additional full bathrooms with showers — one of which has a whirlpool bathtub with sea views — guarantee the privacy of all guests. You will also find a complete towel set. You’ll enjoy every corner of this special property, both its outdoor spaces and its warm, comfortable interior furnishings. You’ll also find a separate utility room with a washing machine and dryer, a safe, and an alarm system. The center of El Médano is only a few minutes away by car. Due to its proximity to the protected natural beach of Ensenada Pelada, we inform our guests that on very windy days, large amounts of sand may accumulate in the pool area, which could affect the outdoor appearance. Likewise, because of the proximity to Tenerife South Airport, occasional aircraft noise may be heard. The total built area of the house is 190 m², including the studio. The plot is 350 m². The pool measures 7.50 m × 3.60 m and is 1.60 m/1.70 m deep, except at the entrance where the depth is about 35 cm over an area of approximately 2 m². Included in the rental price are fiber-optic Wi-Fi, thousands of international TV channels, bed linen, towels, beach towels, a hairdryer, and an ironing set. Please note that this holiday home is equipped with a visible surveillance camera system in the shared outdoor areas, to provide greater security during your stay. The cameras inside the property do NOT record footage; they only serve for motion detection and possible activation of the alarm system. We kindly remind guests that this is a residential property. Therefore, we ask you to respect quiet hours (from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.), not to host parties, and not to smoke inside the accommodation. Bonito apartamento con vista panorámica y directa al mar. Totalmente equipado, tanto en la cocina como resto del apartamento. El apartamento dispone de una habitación de matrimonio con vistas al mar y con baño completo en suite, otra habitación con dos camas individuales. En ambas habitaciones dispone de armario con perchas, ventanas abatibles y cortinas. En el salón dispone de un cómodo sofá, smart-tv, libros, wifi, etc. y acceso al balcón privado en donde encontrará mesa de terraza y asientos suficientes para cuatro personas, las vistas son fantásticas. En la parte superior dispone de solarium privado con césped y tumbonas. En la cocina dispone de nevera con frigorífico, microondas, vitrocerámica con extractor, lavadora, lavavajillas, exprimidor, tostadora, etc..... IMPORTANT: - Beach towels incluyed - more space in your bags!!! Apartamento muy cómodo y completamente equipado, con unas vistas inmejorables para disfrutar cada comida viendo el mar y la playa. Durch den weiten Blick aufs Meer und Icod stellt sich sofort ein erhabenes Gefühl und innere Ruhe ein. Der Norden ist wetterfreudig und spannend und von hier aus wunderbar zu beobachten.
