La gare de Capo d'Orlando se situe à 6 km de la villa. Trois aéroports desservent la Sicile: Catane, Palerme et Trapani. L'aéroport de Regio di Calabre est le plus proche mais il implique de devoir traverser le golf de Messine.

Holiday Home with Pool 100% private near the Beach

**Breakfast or homemade pizza are available on request (extra charge applies). Rental cars with airport transfer (2h) is also available. ** The holidayhome is located in the mountains with a view into the nature. It has a pool (not heated) and a private garden area. We strongly recommend to have a car. From the house you can reach many points of interest (the vulcanic islands, the Etna etc). Even supermarkets, ice cream shops and restaurants are close to the house. The beach is 20 minutes away.

Casuzza duci is a cosy house set in a splendid panoramic location overlooking the tyrrhenian sea and the mountains. Ideal place for a romantic couple or a family loving nature and searching tranquility. Two bedrooms with big windows and fan ceilings opened to the garden area and a luminous living room boosting wooden ceilings and mosaics floors. A kitchen corner surrounded by windows where to cook admiring the transparent sea. A garden to relax in a hamac and a fully equipped barbecue.

Villa GdU is 2.5 km from the sea and under 1h by boat from the Aeolian Islands. Built in 2023, the villa combines modern style with superb views. It’s ideal for holidays or remote work, offering fast Wi-Fi, new air conditioning, and all home comforts. Guests can relax on the 360° terrace, dine on the spacious patio, or unwind in the olive grove with unique sea views. From Capo d’Orlando, it’s easy to discover beaches, villages, and Sicilian gems like Cefalù or Taormina (approx 1h driving).

Cozy apartment near the beach

Newly built apartment, just 3 minutes on foot from the beach. The apartment has a bedroom with queen bed and a big living room with kitchen. In the living room there is s also a bed sofa. The apartment can host 4 persons. The kitchen is very comfortable and includes: microwave, oven, dishwasher and laundry washer. Car parking is inside and for free. There is also a barbecue area, a big garden and also a yard (with external table and chairs).
