Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

A 15 minuti da Bolzano e Merano si trova un elegante appartamento di 65mt a due piani con ingresso autonomo,composto da soggiorno\cucina, una camera da letto (letto francese) e un bagno, per offrirvi un confortevole soggiorno. L’appartamento si trova in una posizione adatta per raggiungere in pochi minuti i famosi mercatini di Natale. L’appartamento si trova in un castello del 16 secolo. Al pianoterra del castello si trova un piccolo ristorante, dove è possibile trascorrere una bella serata.

Una mansarda, all’interno di un fienile seicentesco a 1500 mt, affacciata sulle montagne e ristrutturata nel 2023 con legni antichi e pietre locali. L’appartamento si compone di una zona pranzo con cucina attrezzata, oltre ad un grande soggiorno con camino e ampio divano-letto, un comodo bagno con doccia ed un “rifugio” con 2 ulteriori posti letto. Muncion è un incantevole paesino sopra Pera di Fassa in Val di Fassa (Trentino), è un oasi di benessere che offre una vista mozzafiato sul Catinaccio e sul gruppo del Sella e Pordoi. Per chi desidera staccare la spina ed immergersi nella pace che solo la natura sa offrire. Con la sua posizione centrale in pochi minuti di macchina tutti i maggiori punti d'interesse. La seggiovia per il Ciampedie è a 1km, la cabinovia del Buffaure a 3km. Canazei dista 10km mente Moena è a 8km.

Meine Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe des Dorfzentrums, welches in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Die Panoramabahn auf die Seiser Alm in 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Das Auto kann im hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Zudem befindet sich der idyllische Völser Weiher und das historisch bedeutsame Schloss Prösels in meiner Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft wegen der freundlichen Atmosphäre, der liebevoll renovierten Wohnung und wegen unseres gepflegten Gartens lieben.

Appartamento piccolo ma accogliente, situato a 50 metri dal Centro di Campitello, ha sede vicino all'impianto della funivia per escursioni d'estate e sciate d'inverno. Esso si trova in una zona tranquilla ma a pochi metri da negozi, ristoranti, parcogiochi, passeggiate e centro sportivo. Il parcheggio davanti all'appartamento è gratuito e privato per gli ospiti. E' di 28mq. A 2 Km da Canazei, 45 Km da Bolzano, 100 Km da Trento e circa 40 Km da Cavalese di Fiemme.

The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a baby bed and a highchair.

Three-room apartment of 70sqm on the ground floor. Large wooden living room, renovated in fall 2019 with double sofa bed, with flat screen TV, well-equipped electric kitchenette with microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer and kettle, dishwasher. Two bedrooms, one has a service bathroom, one double and one triple, bathroom renovated in 2015 with shower, hair dryer and washing machine. Large terrace with chairs, small table and deck chairs and clothesline.

Garden-level apartment with beautiful views of the village, located in a quiet but central residential area just 3 minutes from the center of town. It features two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. Cozy living room with fireplace and kitchenette. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. The apartment is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. One parking space included; additional parking available upon request.

Artemisia - The Dolomite's Essence

The Essence apartment is an open space with a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, an equipped kitchen, a large balcony, and a veranda overlooking the house's garden. The wooden floor and the wood stove in the center of the living area convey the warmth of the environment. A cozy and intimate atmosphere for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay.

Piccola mansarda composta da soggiorno con angolo cottura, divano letto (1 piazza e 1/2), bagno con box doccia, camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e letto a castello. L'appartamento è dotato di stoviglie, pentole, microonde e asciugacapelli a vostra disposizione. Un balconcino che regala una fantastica vista sulle Dolomiti!
