Pac Heights 3-rm suite. Private, safe, quiet.

This large 3-room suite is part of my home, but is private, separate and locked off from the rest of the residence. There's a private entrance to your suite from the building lobby. Suite includes a dining/sitting area with dining/work table, sofa (opens to queen bed), TV and tiny patio. French doors separate this room from huge light-filled primary bedroom (with king bed). Cushioned bay window seat. Large spa-bathroom, "kitchenette" alcove, walk-in closet. 560 sq ft plus bath, closet & patio.

Amazing top-floor corner loft next to Chase Center & UCSF medical center offering expansive 360˚ views from the large private roof deck. Open living space with wood beams, a steel staircase & windows on 2 sides. The 1st floor bedroom can be used as a continuation of the living space or made private using the accordion doors. Full bath & laundry on this floor. Mid-level is the Primary Suite with spacious full bath & walk-in closet. Upper level is flexible space that includes a sleeper sofa bed.

I would love to host you in my modern and clean home right in the middle of one of the most coveted neighborhoods in the city, the Marina District. You will only be a few steps to the Marina waterfront, beach, and Crissy Field. If you look toward your left, you can’t miss the iconic Golden Gate Bridge. You can stroll to Chestnut Street and Union Street where you will find restaurants and trendy store fronts.
