The Annex offers a quieter, more laid-back experience—perfect if you're looking to escape the late-night noise from Broadway St. The Annex has its own kitchen & cheaper laundry facilities; you'll still have 24/7 access to everything at the main building, including our front desk, lounge, and communal events.

Welcome to your own hideaway garden studio with it's own private entrance. This studio has 1 Queen bed and a private bathroom. There is a bar area with a mini fridge, microwave and toaster. French doors open to a redwood deck and garden as well as views of Golden Gate Park and Ocean Beach. We are located in Sutro Heights, and are within a few minutes of the French Legion of Honor Museum, the Academy of Sciences Museum, and the DeYoung Museum.
