It is walking distance to the marina and Andy's Market. There is a shore bird-filled nature preserve that abuts the neighborhood . The guest suite is approximately 450 square feet and is tastefully appointed.

Brand new 800sqft - 2B/2B home includes kitchen with coffee bar, 4K 50" Fire TV, record player, toto toilets, basic first aid kits in medicine cabinet, and a small sofa bed in living room. I try to put everything you need in the bathrooms :) There are ceiling fans and desks in both rooms. Shower/restroom in master room and 1st floor. Easy street parking right in front of home.
