Air conditioning and heating, with lots of closet space! Good for folks who seek a quiet stay in the Greater Los Angeles area. We are a 5 min drive from Cal State, Northridge in the historic San Fernando Valley. The nearest beach south of us would be Santa Monica, about 20 miles away (25 mins without traffic).
