Appartamento all'interno di Torre Bianca, affascinante villa anni 70 immersa in un parco di 10.000 mq con vista sul mare e suddivisa in 3 unità abitative, in un contesto tranquillo ma non isolato. La villa si trova sulla collina sopra la spiaggia dell'Ariana a circa 300 metri dal mare, a 3 km dal centro abitato di Gaeta e a 18 km da quello di Sperlonga. L'appartamento, con ingresso indipendente e posto auto riservato, ha una ampia e panoramica area esterna con piccola piscina ad uso esclusivo.

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

In the green Ciociaria, a territory in the heart of the Lazio Region, resides a completely renovated old cottage, featuring 3 large lounges with panoramic windows, 3 bathrooms, 2 double bedrooms with corresponding balconies (possibility of adding an additional single bed), 1 large kitchen, a TV set, a beautiful fireplace, as well as a laundry facility. You can enjoy the beautiful pool during a warm summer's day, or take long hikes along multiple mountains surrounded by vivid green scenery.
