Siamo stati colpiti dalla bellezza dello spazio esterno e dalla grandezza dell’appartamento. La Posizione ottima, abitazione molto tranquilla ed accogliente. Il Giardino curato e immenso, con tutti i comfort desiderati. I proprietari di casa molto accoglienti e disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza. Soggiorno assolutamente positivo.

Très beau logement, propre, climatisé et disposant d’une terrasse avec une magnifique vue. L’hôte est sympathique, disponible et réactif. Accueil chaleureux. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! Je recommande !

We had a very pleasant stay and really loved the house. It had a wonderful view over the sea and the pool was very clean with a perfect temperature. We could walk to the beach, just took about 10 min. The surroundings were calm but there were a lot of restaurants near the beach and in the small town. The house was 2 hours from Rome with car, to Naples we took the train which took us about 1 hour and 20 min. Would love to come back, the hosts were super nice and friendly!

La casa è fornita di tutto e di più. Oltre ai classici accessori presenti in molti (ma non in tutti) gli alloggi (phon, ferro da stiro, stendino, accessori per cucina...) qui c'è il mondo... piastra per i capelli, frullatore ad immersione, borsa termica per il mare, contenitori per gli alimenti, Stick anti punture di insetto, Xbox 😲... Ogni volta che ci serviva qualcosa, era lì! La casa era pulitissima, il giardino meraviglioso con tanto di amaca per godersi le serate al fresco. L'area barbecue fornita di tutto. E non ultimo tutto il necessario per la spiaggia: ombrellone, sdraietta, teli per il mare. I negozi non sono molti ma c'è tutto il necessario e a due passi, compresa una gelateria e un ristorante niente male. Il mare non è vicinissimo ma facilmente raggiungibile con pochi minuti in automobile (parcheggi gratuiti non difficili da trovare) o con le bici elettriche messe a disposizione. Mauro e Vladimira sono state due persone deliziose, presenti ma discreti. Tornerò di sicuro

Très belle endroit calme et paisible, cadre magnifique. Une propriété de qualité, bien entretenue, parfait pour se relaxer et se reposer. La villa est très propre. Situé à proximité de la gare pour se rendre à Rome (30 min de train). Patrizia est très accueillante et souriante, vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans une magnifique villa typiquement italienne

Amazing! Gorgeously laid out and designed. You will not regret staying here. Valentino was incredibly patient with us since we arrived later than expected and helped secure is a reservation for dinner (delicious!). We highly recommend!

Je recommande plus plus plus cette maison Surtout en ayant fait d’autre maison avant …. et surtout Francesca Elle est aimable , gentille, bienveillante La maison est extrêmement bien équipée avec draps torchons farine sucre …. Tt ce qu’il faut La piscine ,les ballons ⚽️ les bains de soleil le calme ,le beau jardin est très plaisant et reposant J’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir et les enfants aussi Merci pour cette belle semaine 🙏

Bnb was very clean and the design and layout is very cute and tasteful. Arianna was very responsive and friendly. Very cute and friendly dog makes sure you're safe make sure you pet her and let her know she's doing a good job. The blinds on the window are so good they don't let in a single ray of light so be sure not to oversleep!

Due giorni passati molto in fretta. Tutto sommato è stata positiva la permanenza nell’alloggio, molto in stile orientale. Giardino molto molto bello, con il laghetto. La casa abbastanza in ordine, magari servirebbe un bidet e la luce della camera funzionante. La porta principale ha una chiusura un po’ particolare, in quanto chiude solo l’ inferriata esterna. Però per quello che dovevamo fare noi ad Anzio, ci è andato tutto molto bene

À rare gem! I have been including a stop in Sperlonga every time I come to Italy just because of this Airbnb and the unparalleled welcome I always get by host, Stella. It is simply perfect in every way. The place feels like home, large and spacious, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and in a beautiful location with the aroma of fruit trees and lovely flowers. As soon as we arrive, we start to relax as we feel as if our comfort in her home is paramount to her. She takes great care to make your stay unique and one that you will not forget. Don’t hesitate to ask and you will get great recommendations for places to visit in the area, she has great knowledge on the area. You will also have all you need in this spacious beautiful home to cook, relax and sleep well. I feel lucky to have stumbled on this wonderful place and grateful to host Stella for her hospitality that goes beyond the ordinary into the extraordinary. Thank you again Stella and Tony for another wonderful stay!

Wat een fijn huis! Ondanks dat wij er voor een sterfgeval waren, hebben wij echt een thuisgevoel gehad. Mooie, rustige en schone woning. De communicatie was erg goed. Wij komen zeer zeker snel terug! Een mooie plek gevonden om vaker terug te keren in mijn vaderland. Bedankt voor alles.

Sara e suo marito Lorenzo sono stati host gentili e premurosi, educati, rispettosi e ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa nostra. L’appartamento è meglio di come viene mostrato in foto, spazi molto ampi e giardino stupendo dove i nostri figli di 6 e 11 anni hanno potuto giocare e divertirsi. Siamo arrivati in auto da Milano e ci siamo sempre spostati con il nostro mezzo scoprendo Roma e dintorni, visitando i luoghi di interesse e le proposte culinarie tipiche del territorio

Appartamento comodo e ben servito. Posizione ottimale per visitare Roma. Soddisfatto. Silvia disponibile con qualunque richiesta. Consiglio il suo appartamento.

Lorenzos apartment is in a quiet residential area in Anzio. I was there in April, I guess it could be a little busier in the summer. The sea is within walking distance. The car park is good (private), and it is a short walk to the nearest train station. It could be a good base camp for a day trip to Rome. The apartment is modern and fully equipped and very clean. You will find everything you might need for shorter and longer stays, the washing machine is a great bonus. Lorenzo is a very good host, communication works perfect. He helped with the checking-in and explained how everything works, which saved a lot of time. Easy choice next time I will be around. Very much recommendable!

A beautiful spot, the perfect place to relax and free the mind from stress. The apartment was spacious and extremely clean, and just a short trip from restaurants Giordano and Anna were very responsive and helpful, I highly recommend them and their property

Siamo stati alla Casetta con mia moglie per il nostro anniversario. Mai scelta fu più azzeccata per festeggiarlo al meglio. La casetta in legno è comoda sotto ogni aspetto, dispone di ogni servizio possibile. Il magnifico giardino con barbecue e forno a legna, la stupenda piscina a sfioro, punta di diamante della struttura, comodissima e sempre assolata e da cui si vede il Circeo ed il mare...e l'assoluta privacy e serenità che si vive. Alessandra ci ha accolto lasciandoci dei buonissimi dolcetti locali, ed è stata molto disponibile e reattiva per ogni nostra domanda durante il soggiorno. Abbiamo passato dei giorni nel più totale relax.. tanto da non spostarci mai nei dintorni da quelli piccoli angoli di paradiso. Torneremo volentieri appena possibile!

Just a super nice place in the mountains and still very close to the ocean. The owners are just lovely and communication was very nice and uncomplicated. If you’re looking for a quiet place in a natural environment this is the place to be!!!
