It is a very private beach cottage style house with open beam ceilings, and a double car garage and is close to everything you could ever want in the beach village of San Clemente.

With AC in the home, you can be cool while relaxing but enjoy sunny San Clemente. We are walking distance to the beach and Del Mar Street, you will be central to all the attractions and walking distance to multiple wedding venues. Beach necessities, WiFi throughout and an informational binder with local recommendations awaits.

A 5 minute walk finds you at the nearby town center and new downtown area where you can find restaurants, nightclubs and shopping. Down the street is Dana Point Harbor/marina and the famous Doheny Beach surfing and park or get-away to Catalina Island or whale watching! The Cottage is a great pet friendly with enclosed front and rear yards, a great alternative to the over priced resorts.

We don't accept cats. We can provide other services such as laundry for an additional cost.
