Ercole Luxury Flat - relax & history

Enjoy your stylish holiday in this elegant apartment in the old town center of Sessa Aurunca, recently renovated respecting the original architectural features. The apartment is in the ancient building that hosted "Hercules Hotel" at the beginning of the 20th century, it takes its name from the homonymous fountain, symbol of the city. That's an excellent location to visit Naples (1h), Reggia di Caserta (40m), Pompei and Ercolano (1h), Capri, Ischia and other locations as the entire Amalfi Coast.

Villa Patrizia

Spacious apartment, ideal for 2 families. It consists of 2 bedrooms (6 pp) with 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen has all necessary accessories, and the dining room offers seating for 8 pp. The large living room offers a breathtaking coastline view extending to the Gulf of Naples. There is also a sofa bed (2 pp). Private outdoor space equipped with a dining table and chairs, barbecue, sun loungers, and deck chairs. It can accommodate 6-8 pp. The owner lives in the same villa on the upper floor.

The apartment is located in the city centre. At the first floor,it's composed by a private entrance,a wide living area,3 bedrooms (max 6 guests) and 2 bathrooms (complete) and a big balcony.The kitchen is equipped by fridge,dishware,oven coffee and electric kettle. Furthermore, the apartment has a washing machine,Smart TV,Wi-Fi, iron,dryer. Each room is equipped with air conditioning. It's possible to add a crib for a baby. N.1 free and private parking next to the building. No pets allowed.

Antico casolare dei miei nonni, ristrutturato da poco nel rispetto della tradizione, ma con tutti i comfort moderni. Immerso nella campagna, adatto per un periodo di relax lontano dal caos, con un'ottima posizione per raggiungere facilmente mare, montagna, laghi, piscine termali, discese in gommone sul fiume, escursioni e tanto altro. A sera potrete gustare la cucina nei vari locali che contraddistinguono il nostro territorio. Inoltre effettuo trattamenti Reiki e meditazione non in loco.

Excellent position close to Naples and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta and Sperlonga is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. There is a double bed and a sofa bed consisting of two single beds. It’s also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!
