Appartamento centralissimo, tra "Budello" e mare, dista 15 metri dalla spiaggia , con balcone vista mare, ristrutturato con aria condizionata, TV, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, ferro da stiro, phon, microonde , 1 bagno con doccia e 1 solo servizi. Si prediligono affitti settimanali nei periodi estivi, Natale e Pasqua con un minimo di 3 notti . Utenze comprese. La casa sulla riva è uno spazioso e comodo appartamento sito sul mare in un elegante edificio degli anni'20 del secolo scorso. Due soli gradini lo separano dalla famosa spiaggia. E' stato appena completamente ristrutturato con moderne tecniche edilizie che lo rendono fresco e silenzioso. E' completamente climatizzato e dotato di ogni confort . La posizione appena rialzata permette di avere una ottima vista sul mare anche quando le cabine degli stabilimenti balneari di fronte vengono montate.

Au sein d'une voie privée qui vous conduit directement à la plage (env 3 min à pied), au port (env 7 min à pied) et au tramway. Un logement atypique à proximité du centre ville. Aucun contact avec d'autres résidents. Parking gratuit sur place réservé aux riverains dans la voie privée.
