North Country Cottage

This beautiful, recently renovated home is out in the country down a dead-end road, but still only a few miles from the town of Ladysmith. It is about a mile from a little county park on the Dairyland Reservoir, only a few miles from the local golf course, and just down the road from hopping on the snowmobile trail in the winter. There is a boat landing at the park for summer and access to ice fishing in the winter. We hope to earn 5*s and look forward to hosting you! State License #VJAS-BCCLDB

The Cottage at Larrabee Lake

This newly remodeled lakefront getaway has everything your friends and family need to kick back and enjoy the lake life! The 50 acre lake is wildly private! Stroll down the boardwalk, grab a kayak off the rack & paddle out with the loons; dangle your feet off the massive dock; bounce on the water trampoline; hike the ice age trail; swim, fish, play, & relax. Note:: the home, fire pit, yard, & play structure, are on one side of a county highway. The lake and dock are DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET!

Cozy Cottage on the Chetek Chain of Lakes.

The Ager cottage is located on an island in the Chetek Chain of Lakes. 1 bedroom with queen bed, kitchen, futon, garage, dock. Causeway to the island. Nearby beach, airport, dog park, 2 miles to downtown Chetek. Boating, fishing, hiking, skiing, snowmobiling. Secluded cabin, sleeps 4 guests, but you have to like each other a lot. Wildlife viewing. Bald eagles, deer, otters, heron, wood ducks, muskrat, rabbits, turtles, frogs. Three kayaks, a Grumman canoe and two bicycles are available.

Duncan Creek House

Contact me if you’d like a longer term stay and I’ll open up more dates in January, February,March & April. This is a cozy house located on Duncan Creek where you’ll hear the lovely sound of rushing water and will likely spot some eagles. It is located within walking distance of Leinie’s Lodge, Irvine Park, Olson’s Ice Cream Parlor and local hiking/bike trails. Dogs are welcome. The cancellation policy is set as “Strict”, but I’ll give full refunds if you cancel at least 14 days in advance.

Oak Hill Retreat

Country location, peaceful and quiet. Apartment above detached garage, full kitchen, small deck and private stairway with beautiful view of the surrounding trees. Easily accessible, 3 miles from I-94 and St. Hwy. 29, 1/2 way between the university cities of Eau Claire and Menomonie, 1 1/4 hours from St. Paul/Minneapolis. There is a growing art and music scene, with multiple music festivals, etc. The area also has fine restaurants, theaters, parks, and historical sites. Come to be restored.

Enjoy the convenience of shops and restaurants within walking distance without losing the true "cabin on the lake" experience! Enjoy access to the public beach next door or take your boat for a cruise through the famous Chetek chain of lakes; tie up your boat on our private dock when you're ready to hunker in for the night. Slow and steady wins the race! We are tickled to introduce our second cottage "The Turtle" here at Stonehaven Cottages on Tuscobia Lake, LLC. We put in a large archway in the vaulted ceiling to give it a look and feel of being inside a turtle shell. This cozy cottage has an open concept with full kitchen, one small bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper. It also has a spectacular view of Tuscobia Lake! When life gets too busy, come and slow down a bit at "The Turtle"!
