My stone farmhouse is surrounded by 11 acres of orange trees,lemon trees and much more trees which fruits you can taste.The backyard under the giant mulberry the quietness of the farm , the endless view among with the old well relaxes and takes you back in time and makes you feel part of nature .The cottage is located in the fields of Leonidio(2.5km from center & 600meters from sea),against the spectacular red rock/cliffs you will be climbing. Quite,peaceful almost a paradise is waiting for you!

Breathtaking Secluded Pool Villa with Beach Access

This newly built 2 level villa (2024) is self-contained, self-catering with direct access to the beach! It has 3 queen size bed bedrooms + 2 single beds. The master bedroom has its own entrance for additional privacy! We aim to complement the beautiful natural scenery with comfortable facilities that are in harmony with the environment and the peaceful location. The villa's architecture is based on the traditional style using colours that blend in beautifully with the surrounding environment!

Διώροφη κατοικία 154τμ δίπλα στη θάλασσα στον οικισμό Σαμπατική Αρκαδίας. Απέχει 5 χιλιόμετρα από το Λεωνίδιο (περίπου δέκα λεπτά οδήγησης). My place is relatively close to the city center, 7 km and has a wonderful and unique view. The sea is just a 10-minute walk away. On the beach and a few meters from it, there are two traditional taverns offering delicious dishes. You can swim in the crystal blue waters of the beach, in our large clean swimming pool or walk on the green slopes above the sea, gazing at the endless blue sky and enjoying the ultimate balance of nature.

It's situated 3-3,5 hours from Athens airport and it's easier to have a car.

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting.
