The location is ideal if you enjoy privacy and exclusivity as well as if you enjoy busier environments in nearby Ormos, Kampos and Balos all within five to ten minutes driving. The house was recently renovated (2023) and is fully furnished. There are 2 bedrooms, a comfortable kitchen and a living room. Ideal for four persons.

One spacious sitting room with a dining room along with the kitchen which is fully equipped. The house has a large balcony with a magnificent view of the Aegean Sea and the Nautical Museum. There is also a large bathroom with all the comforts, with washing machine and dryer. And finally , the house is equipped with Netflix.

Our house is a space for anyone who loves the immediate contact with the sea and the land. It is an opportunity for an alternative touristic experience, as it is literally beside the sea , with only the beach inbetween, such that the visitor feels that he has total privacy there.A vegetable garden and a well are available there, and only a 15 -minute walk will bring you to the scenic, traditional fishing village of Ormou Marathokabou.
