Two Level spacious town home with 2 master bedrooms including on-suite full bathrooms, plus half bath downstairs. Just minutes walking from uptown/downtown Charlotte. Our home is near, UNCC City Center, Queens University, Panther Stadium, The Spectrum Center, and Truist Ballpark. We are close to a Harris Teeter grocery store, shops like Trader Joe's, Target, and Petco, the Dowd YMCA, Little Sugar Creek Greenway, restaurants, churches, salons, and Historic South End, Dilworth, and Plaza Midwood.
