A beautiful and peaceful place to stay, located near lots of great hiking spots. The mountain view and running stream provided a peaceful atmosphere. The short drive to two towns where there is dining, coffee and groceries, made our stay more flexible and pleasant. The hot tub and starry views were amazing.

Stayed for one night at The Red Cottage, it was pristine, homey, and just as described. Would definitely recommend!

This was an awesome house! We will have to come back when it gets a little warmer and we can use the pool. But for this weekend it was hottub only weather. Great host. Very responsive. Very clean and comfortable.

My wife and I had a very relaxing visit to South Carolina, the cottage is right on the point at lake Murray, the view is so peaceful and it was a great gift for my 65th birthday...everything was available to do on the lake..the only problem was it went by to fast,we would highly recommend it for anyone needing a clean ,beautiful place to vacation. Very nice hot tub and fire put area!! Hosts extremely responsive, arrived almost immediately with a space heater when we reported difficulty with one unit. We found lots of fun things to do and see in surrounding towns! Perfect family getaway!

This is a beautiful waterfront home. Inside, it was clean and comfortable, with all amenities included as advertised. Great home for families, as the kid's corner is fun, and there's lots of fun to be had on the property for kids. The hot tub worked great and was clean. The large windows provide wonderful views of the water, and the deck is a great size to enjoy the view from outside. The location is generally about ~15 minutes away from stores. Highly recommended for a getaway!

Kristin’s place was perfect for my party of 4. We were in town for a wedding that is at a venue 5 mins from the rental so the location was perfect for us. The upstairs is a loft as pictured which wasn’t a problem for our family. The downstairs bathroom is the 1 bathroom with a small shower which worked out fine for us, but might not be ideal for some renters (I.e very large person or if you have small children you need to bathe or shower with).The cottage was adorable and had everything we needed and Kristen was very kind and responsive to all of our messages/requests. Would def recommend or stay here again

Hosts were very sweet. A little bit of trouble checking in but she called me and apologized for the hassle. A small issue with the living room AC, it didn't like to stay on but the bed room ACs were fantastic. Beautiful setting, lovely screened in back patio. Dog food bowls and treats were an excellent touch.

We have stayed here before, we always feel at home. Roger and his wife are very responsive. we look forward to staying here again soon.

The place had everything we needed. It was cozy and comfortable. There were two couples sharing the house and it was easy for us all. All the coffee drinkers were really excited about the coffee set up.

Truly a great experience! Deb and Tony are the ultimate hosts. We added family members and a pet to our original reservations due to coordinating schedules for family members. They responded promptly to our requests and our trip was a huge success! I highly recommend this location for anyone visiting the Travelers Rest/Greenville area. The vineyard and grounds were peaceful for walking. Wine tasting was a plus!!! Thank you Deb and Tony

We adored the Woodland cottage! It felt like a gnome’s house tucked away in a magical forest. We wanted to stay forever! Michele thought of everything! We are totally amazed at how well outfitted the tiny kitchen was. We are the odd people who love to cook on vacation. We made too rather complicated meals with ease…including sharp knives…a total bonus and happy place for us!🤣 Everywhere you look, you realize every element of decor was chosen with care. Everyone enjoyed how comfortable the beds were. We also appreciated the recommendations in the guidebook. They were spot on! The Carolina Outdoor Adventures kayaking trip through Congaree National Park was a highlight of our trip. We also enjoyed a pre-dinner hike at Peach Tree Preserve. Thanks Michelle for a great stay!!

This home was a very peaceful location with abundant windows and views of the lake. Very private with comfortable beds and plentiful bathrooms for our family of four.

Just was the perfect hostess! She was friendly, answered all my questions quickly and made our arrival seamless. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. We were immediately comfortable and we were able to settle in quickly. Both the house and surroundings were impeccable and well maintained. Highly recommend staying here!!

We stayed in the Gala Getaway cottage and it was wonderful! The description given by Jennifer was spot on. The cottage is extremely private and clean. Next time we visit the area we definitely hope that the cottage is available as it is close to everything. It is convenient to access downtown Hendersonville, wineries and several apple orchards . It is minutes from highway 26 while providing a quiet peaceful setting. We recommend it to anyone visiting the area

Sheri try's and accomplishes everything for her place. When you meet her, she is fun to talk to and she truly cares about her place and is constantly updating it for the better. Her place is in a quiet area but within close places to get food. She recently updated her dock also. If you bring a boat you can leave it at her dock. later then you can go to at least two very good bars/restaurants nearby. My wife and I really loved her place and will

This was my second visit to Marthas and once again it did not disappoint. This time we decided to book specifically for a father son fishing trip. We had a blast caught plenty bass blue gill and some catfish. I normally never catch any bass but they were pumping on my hook all weekend. Martha is always helpful very responsive and so polite she always leaves a little snack in kitchen when you enter. The furniture is cozy and very comfortable the setting is relaxing and beautiful view. The neighbors are polite great restaurants nearby and easy to drive to with many grocery stores close by the locals are so friendly and welcoming.

Probably the best stay on AirBNB. House was amazingly stocked which was so helpful for a family of 6! Comfortable beds, beautiful scenery, friendly and kind host! Will for sure be back to visit and stay here again. There is nothing David hasn’t thought of and it sure makes the stay an 11 out of 10! Thank you!

When you first walk in the door you're greeted by a fresh clean scent and the "no shoes in the house rule" which we live by for sanitary purposes since we have a toddler and a baby. They provide new packs of house slippers for you to use for your stay. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need during a stay. The bathrooms were immaculate and had plenty towels and wash cloths. The house is located on great land in a beautiful area with horses at almost every house around. My son loved the chickens on the far end of the yard as well as the birds and squirrels that are in the yard through the day. The sunset is gorgeous from the enclosed patio and the swings on the trees beside the house. The owners were so polite, helpful, and responsive to messages. They truly thought of every need you might have and were more than willing to help make the stay perfect. We look forward to staying here again!
