Cosy mid terrace 3 floor Edwardian cottage, over 110 years old, welcoming and homely with many original features, vintage finds, tasteful décor, comfortable furnishings.Stones throw from Ferry,train,bus,docks , so very conveniently placed .Free parking 6pm-8am Mon - Sat (Sunday all day) free nearby other times. Sunny, enclosed garden at rear,table,seats for alfresco meals. Beaches, country walks ,sea fishing, shops, restaurants all close .1 night stay for 2 max possible please ask for details

Modern self contained annex (own entrance), fabulous views of the sea & South Downs National Park. Ovingdean is a 15 minute walk to the beach, regular buses into Brighton. 10 mins by car. The annex comprises fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, dining / lounge area with a smart tv. There is fast wifi and the space acts as a very comfortable workspace. Double bed on mezzanine (accessed via ladder) and sofa bed in lounge. Welcome breakfast, coffee, tea provided. Pets welcome and parking available.

A cosy and peaceful garden flat just off Kemptown beach. The new kitchen has everything you’ll need to cook. Modern bathroom with bath and a rainfall shower. The lounge has a dining table, huge corner sofa bed, music system, super-fast fibre broadband. Bedroom has a super comfy king-size bed and opens out on to a secluded outdoor space. Close to beach,free parking. Easy access to city.

I will hopefully get to meet you on arrival, or there is a key box if not. Our family home is within easy access to Brighton centre. Car is a 15minute journey and the bus is about 25 minutes ( the number 27 stop is a 2 minutes walk away) We are a 10minute walk to the lovely Saltdean beach or add an extra 10 minutes for a visit to the village of Rottingdean. My home is available for groups of 25 years and older, proof of ID must be provided if required.
