Our stay at this AirBnB was great! We communicated with Evelyn before our stay and upon arrival at the Phoenix Airport. Daphne met us at the parking lot and took us to the unit; sharing the various services and how to get in and out of the unit. The unit was as described and met our needs. The location is excellent: adjacent to the local Tempe Town Lake providing many activities, near the freeway for easy access coming and going and near several restaurants. The two bedroom/two bathroom unit was spacious and we had all the necessary items for cooking all our meals in the full kitchen. This is a great place to use as a headquarters for visiting friends, shopping, attending concerts and sporting events and relaxing in the Phoenix Area. We highly recommend. Evelyn was available during our stay and met any need we had.

Three of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pat's place that has 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths and a rollaway bed which allowed each of us to have our own bed. Everything was clean and spotless. Pat responded immediately by text and/or phone and was so friendly and kind. Lots of very thoughtful extra touches. She had a Zeropure water filter in the refigerator to filter tap water as well as bottled water, instant oatmeal packets, breakfast bars. Extra toothbrushes and tooth paste in the bathroom. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans, etc. Outdoor swimming pool outside and gated community. Nice neighborhood and was just a couple of blocks to where our conference was in Tempe. Lots of restaurants nearby. Will definately stay again when we come to Tempe.

Had to be between Tucson area and Phoenix and Maricopa is a great location with quite a bit of activity close by. Running up to Spring Training games was a breeze. Truly a very nice one bedroom with living room, useable TV, kitchenette and great bathroom. Too busy to peddleboat on the lake, but maybe next time !! Cheers !!

I just loved everything about this house. Room for everyone w/ places to play inside and out. Not one improvement or suggestion. I will book here again.

It was perfect. Everything was clean and easy to use. It was amazing to have the hot tub right outside the master bedroom. We spent the whole time outside in the heated wade pool. We also grilled outside and enjoyed the fire pits. We will be back!!

Arthur’s place was exactly as described. He was super accommodating last minute. The place was a corner lot , with privacy and protection which I appreciated. Having a place for our small Yorkie to stretch his legs was also a plus. He was attentive and quick to respond as well. He was also super flexible with me at checkout and even when I had an issue with my ride he allowed me to wait even after check out while I figured things out. Would definitely be booking with Arthur again if he will have us!

Beautiful home, beautiful surroundings. Exceptionally clean, ample amenities. Clear communication…lovely backyard. Close to Phoenix Raceway for Cup Championship which is why we were there. Doordash was not available some Ubers struggled with address but it all worked out.

Excellent place in a beautiful community with great amenities. Bethany was a responsive host. Place was clean and has everything you need. Highly recommended for other guests!

Great location, walkable to great restaurants and shopping, peaceful and safe neighborhood. Nice amenities. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. Would gladly stay again.

This place was perfect for two of us on our trip. Large bedrooms, 2 separate bathrooms, a nice living area. The place was extremely clean and very modern. It's very close walking distance to the light rail, which we took advantage of many times on our trip. Host was super friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Cannot say enough how helpful Evan was in getting me checked in and responding to my questions. Very clear instructions and the condo is comfortable and in a great location. Would definitely stay here again.
