Nestled in a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood, you'll have year-round access to swimming pools, a golf course, tennis courts, a Yacht club, and lovely parks nearby. Only a quick 10-minute drive lands you on the sandy beaches and lively Boardwalk of Ocean City. Park in the driveway and step into your own private escape!

Central Haven with Great Fenced Yard

You will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally-located home. The rear deck and grill are great for enjoying time outside. There's a fenced rear yard, making this home a perfect choice for man's best friend. We welcome dogs of any breed, size, and weight. We do offer size-specific pet amenities, so please share a photo of your dog when booking, or provide a basic description so we can set out appropriate amenities. For those traveling with cats, please inquire before booking.

Relax at the Shorehouse

Our cozy, rustic, beachy apartment is close to all the area has to offer! We are nestled between Snow Hill and historic Berlin off Rt 113. We are about 15 min from West Ocean City and 12 miles from Assateague. Dining, shopping, and family activites are also nearby including a public boat ramp 5 min away to launch small watercraft and a playground with pavilion across the street. We recently renovated the apartment, and the decor was chosen to make guests feel at home at the Shorehouse!

Tree Top Loft

Studio apartment is located on a wooded lot in a quiet neighborhood within 4 miles of Salisbury University & Downtown! Off street parking at entrance patio & a flight of stairs leads up to the apartment, which includes a queen size bed, full kitchen with full size refrigerator, 4 burner electric stove, full size washer and dryer. Bathroom includes shower, toilet and vanity, perfect for a week or weekend stay! We are located near Ocean City, Maryland, Assateague National Seashore.

Farmhouse located on a horse farm

Farmhouse located just minutes off of Route 13 in Princess Anne, MD. Enjoy a peaceful farm experience while staying in a charming farmhouse with lots of character. You can walk the grounds of the farm, including a trail through the woods, or take a swim in the pool. We do not offer horseback riding lessons but you can interact with the horses. We are minutes to shopping, groceries, restaurants, UMES, and a short ride to Chincoteague (32 miles) and Ocean City (40 miles).

She features a master suite & 3 outside deck areas to enjoy! Just 35 minutes from Ocean City, Assateague Island, and Chincoteague Island, this is the epicenter of everything coastal! A firepit in the sand just outside your door round out everything you'll need for a stress-free vacation.

Unit 6302 at Bethany Bay is a 2 BR, 2 Bath, ground floor unit with panoramic views of the waterways and Indian River Bay. Sleeps 4. Free parking. Fully equipped kitchen, AC, fireplace, community outdoor pool, jogging/hiking path, 9 hole golf course. NON-SMOKING UNIT. Enjoy dinner and drinks on the enclosed rear porch and take in the view. 5 miles to Bethany Beach, 12 miles to Ocean City, 17 miles to Rehoboth Beach. I will allow one dog and the pet fee is $200.

FYI I have a dog and we stay in the house, cats are invited too so those with allergies be aware

Forest Grove Retreat

Quaint two bedroom house situated on a large country lot, fire pit, car port. Centrally located between Salisbury and the Beaches... Ocean City and Assateague Island. Distance to Ocean City and Assateague is about 20-30 minutes. The scenic route to Assateague will take you through Berlin, MD. A beautiful town with lots of restaurants and shopping. The second bedroom is off of the main bedroom, has privacy. We have WiFi! Pets Allowed

One of a kind waterfront home with private dock

Beautiful 2 bedroom/1 bathroom waterfront getaway, with full kitchen and bath, loaded with amenities from coffee, cookware, charcoal grill to crabbing, fishing and kayaks. At the end of the day, gather around the backyard or take a walk down the 125+ foot pier for scenic views as the sun sets on the Wicomico River. Less than a 10 minute drive to the Red Roost and Bull Lips Dock Bar or head to Green Hill Country Club for a round of golf.

We are a family who loves to travel and discover places of rest. Stella was designed with that in mind. She is approachable, comfortable and invites you to kick off your shoes and relax. She is walking distance to Salisbury University and close to many restaurants and stores.
