We invite you to stay in our mountain-modern home blocks from downtown Salida. Our home is clean, bright, and features awesome mountain views. There is a good balance of common space and bedrooms (4) so y'all can gather together, but also have privacy. The kitchen has tons of counter space and plenty of coffee cups and wine glasses. Strong wifi with over 100 mbps, too! Soak up some sun on the rooftop deck; store your toys in the garage. You're invited to make yourself at home here! (STR #0460)

Jefferson Farms

Spacious home located on alpaca farm. Quiet and private, storage space for bikes, ski gear etc. Large open living with living room/dining room/reading area/kitchen and two bedrooms with spacious bathroom. Bathroom has shower only (sorry- large soaking tub is in other apartment, which is adjoining to family apartment). Perfect get-away, rent both sides to sleep 8-10. Fully stocked and supplied. Fresh farm eggs and coffee/tea/hot chocolate/cream included. Collect your own eggs, if you want!

Built in 1887, the Savoy building is home to this beautifully renovated and appointed Loft. The open floor plan is graced with historic brick walls and original 8' tall windows looking out onto First St. French doors open to a private bedroom, the kitchen is adorned with wood cabinets, marble countertops and stainless steel appliances, and the dining and living spaces are fashionably furnished in a classic urban loft style. The Tin Shed | Modern Parkside Home - 0511

Built-in 2015, it's featured in the "Small House Book" by Lloyd Kahn. It's clean and modern yet warm and cozy. One bedroom has a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has two twin beds (AC in bedrooms). The main living space has a garage door that opens to the back patio. It's a hop, skip, and a jump from all you need, from biking and hiking trails, restaurants, shops, the playground, the amphitheater, and the river. Our short-term rental license number for the city of Salida is 0511.

Our place is a 10-min walk to the hot springs swimming pool and close to downtown Salida and the bike path. You’ll love our open house with its quiet neighborhood, pastoral setting and beautiful views of the Collegiate Mountains. Just 30 minute drive to Monarch ski area. We do have a no pet policy at our home. There is a nice shaded area in our back yard and a large deck with a BBQ.
