There is a good balance of common space and bedrooms (4) so y'all can gather together, but also have privacy. The kitchen has tons of counter space and plenty of coffee cups and wine glasses. The Adorable A is in Salida proper with large off street private driveway parking for 2+ vehicles/trailers. Walk to downtown Salida 1/2 mile. Our local hiking/bike trails can be accessed right from the home. Monarch 25 mins. 360 views of Sangre de Cristo & Collegiate peaks. Yard is FULL FENCED and home is pet friendly. The Historic Ranch House

We have intentionally tried to preserve as much of the ranch house as possible while still updating the house to today’s standards. The most notable piece of history is the Monarch cook stove in the kitchen, the doorways and doors that are not as tall as today’s standards, the original wood floor in the master bedroom and original moulding around some of the doors. The house is a 3-bedroom, 1-bath house with all the amenities from home. We hope you enjoy our little piece of ranch history!

We have outfitted our home to reflect our modern tastes and to accommodate all the creature comforts we enjoy on vacation. Large windows and two patios make sure you've got plenty of access to Colorado sunshine and spectacular mountain views. Three spacious bedrooms and three full bathrooms. No pets.

Get away from it all at our cottage - Retreat at Round Hill. You will have access to miles of hiking, biking & ATV trails. We own 36 acres, including Round Hill, with amazing mountain views all around. We are backed up to National Forest and BLM land. We're located two miles south of Poncha Pass Summit. Only 15-20 minutes to downtown Salida and 30 minutes to Monarch Mountain Ski Area. We have a fire pit and propane grill outside the entryway.

Our restored 1800's mining cabins is nestled in the mountains, bordering Cottonwood Creek. Our one-of-a-kind cabin offers a handcrafted odorless hot springs hot tub with an ever-flowing infinity edge and mood setting led lighting. Your private hot springs is located right off your deck. We do not have Wi-Fi, so come expecting to unplug. We have a landline if you need to communicate with anyone.
