We loved our stay at this property. The house is much more historic and lived in, if you are after a pristine and modern stay, this might not be the place for you. But the house more than made up for it in character and cozy vibes, and it fit in perfectly in the charming historic neighborhood in Marblehead. The area has a lot of wonderful spots you can walk to, and the host provided historical information about the area and the house as well! We were so grateful for John’s proactive communication, we didn’t have any issues but I’m confident if we had he would have quickly resolved them! Overall my family had a wonderful weekend and we spent the drive home saying home much we’d love to make another trip in the summer to enjoy the ocean more!! Thanks John for a memorable weekend!

The location was perfect. We selected the cottage because of the proximity to Hampton State Park Beach which was, as is described in the posting, only a few steps away. The cottage is also quite close to the boardwalk. It would be great for a group that wanted the best of both - quiet neighborhood and accessible to eating and entertainment. The cottage was clean and cozy, just right for our party of four, and had available many little items travers might need or left behind at home. Sharon was helpful and very responsive.

Enorme casa en excelentes condiciones, muy funcional y con un enorme patio que no pudimos disfrutar por falta de tiempo y porque el clima aún no lo permitió, pero la propiedad es fantástica, muy bien equipada, impecablemente limpia, situada convenientemente en un suburbio residencial a aproximadamente 30 minutos de Boston. Simplemente de lujo!

This is an older ranch with a spacious kitchen and super comfortable beds. A beautiful beach is steps down the road. It is the first house off the highway, so you may hear traffic noise. There is a dehumidifier, which you will need to turn to the highest setting. The host is friendly and very responsive.

Heather was a great host who was quick to respond with any questions. The house was spacious and clean. Near plenty of good places to eat but secluded enough for peaceful evenings. Would stay again if vacationing in or around Gloucester.

We found the perfect spot to visit Trillium for the Boston Hot Sauce Party! The guys from Full Slice Podcast and Table Top Trio say thank you and hope to come back next year!

We will definitely be visiting our family again and now are thrilled to know we have a wonderful Airbnb to stay at while visiting. It has all the amenities you might need and more, as well as entertainment, such as games, TV, and children’s outdoor and indoor activities. We will be back to visit before long. Jimmy was so helpful and clear with all information on how to get there, where everything was, and how to get in. Communication was fast and specific. I got to meet him and just loved that him and his family were close just incase we needed anything. The place was so clean and comfortable which was perfect for my 3 friends and I. The area was beautiful and everything was walkable for restaurants and bars around the area. It was rainy on our longest stay and we still had a great time. It was a home away from home and we are so grateful to find it and with a good price.

We were extremely satisfied with Jurak’s place. We were thankful for timely responses and the flexibility to use entryway space for our luggage as we had many hours in the city without a place for our luggage. Three very comfortable beds with great linens. Lots of comfortable space for three friends to catch up and have access to the city. We would definitely come to this space again!

Very quiet and walkable neighborhood away from downtown madness but still just one train stop away(Maverick Blue Line station is a 5 min safe walk) from everything. Communication with host was great.

Great spot for a weekend getaway! Comfortable space in a great location. Parking in nearby city lot is easy and inexpensive.

We came to Boston for the marathon and are so grateful we chose to stay at George and Ann-Marie's bnb in Jamaica Plain. It is super close to the train that zips you right into the heart of Boston and is far enough away we could get some peace and enjoy the beautiful neighborhood away from all the race chaos. The home itself was very comfortable. We slept great. We enjoyed having coffee and drinks on the patio and lounging on the giant couches. It felt spacious with the 4 of us. We really liked walking 10 minutes up to Central for ice cream and restaurants, or 5 minutes over to the Sam Adams brewery. The neighborhood has tons of trees and was really quiet. George and Ann-Marie were very responsive and checked in with us during the stay to make sure we had all we needed. They also were able to accommodate a later check out, which was really helpful. Awesome spot!! We highly recommend it :)

This is an authentic Cambridge home that has been owned by the host's family for multiple generations. Kevin is accommodating, and he generously left some snacks and drinks in the full kitchen for us. Well-stocked kitchen was super convenient for eating breakfasts. Note: there are significant stairs to get into the unit. Once there it's quite spacious. And I love the operable bathroom window. :) Thanks for a lovely stay in a convenient, walkable neighborhood!

My family, including two young kids, found everything we needed here. We appreciated the kids' books and toys, snacks, etc. Joseph was very easy to communicate with and we felt right at home. Great to having on-site parking. It is a bit noisy because of the airplanes, but the kids had sound machines and were fine. Keep in mind that it's a bit of a drive if you want to do anything in Boston, although the nearby T is probably great for those with older kids. Overall a great stay and we would visit again!

Our family really enjoyed our long weekend at Donald’s place. The location is great, right in the middle of Marblehead, walkable to old town and the various shops and restaurants that dot the area— a great base for visiting friends and family on the north shore. We’ll definitely look to stay here again if available the next time we’re in the area.

We had a great stay! Quiet, safe neighborhood, easy to get to the city. Lots of space for the six of us to eat and relax together. Beautiful view of the Boston skyline just minutes walk from the place. Comfortable beds and soft sheets too! We also had no troubles parking nearby and leaving our car (for free) for our entire stay.

My stay at the Marsh-Mellow, hosted by MaryJane, was phenomenal. From check-in to check-out, the process was simple as MaryJane had clear, detailed instructions on how to enter as well as great recommendations on what to do in the area. I have no hesitation when I recommend this space as your next getaway trip. You will not be disappointed!

We had such a fantastic time, the only complaint is that it went by too quickly! Arun provided thorough instructions and was very responsive and friendly in communications. We were so appreciative that a special request was very kindly granted for a disabled family member. The place was just as pictured and had everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. The location could not be better, right in the heart of the Hampton boardwalk. Our favorite thing was sitting out on the balcony watching the waves roll in and enjoying observing all of the activity going on below us. We were lucky enough to be there on a night the fireworks went off and could not have had a better view right from that balcony! We would definitely recommend a stay here and hope to be able to return soon!

Sean place is an Amazing place to stay at really comfortable private and you can get peace and quiet. The place was very clean and no need to go anywhere if it rain Sean has stuff to do and have fun. Thank you Sean would be booking again soon with you

Amir’s condo was perfect for what I was looking for. It had all the kitchen essentials for my month-long stay, and the place was neat, tidy, and perfect for studying or working during the day with little to no noise from outside. Parking was right out front with easy in/out. Amir was proactive whenever I had any questions, and he resolved things right away. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, quiet place in the area.

The Condo is perfect place to start from, centrally located and mere minutes walking to whatever your interested it, entertainment, food/drink, and of course the beach! The space itself, clean and functional, lends to a comfy place to unwind after a busy day. Diana is a fantastic host who was always available. She communicated everything we needed and more when necessary.
