L'appartement était très agréable et bien situé. C'était un plaisir d'échanger avec Carla, de plus elle était très réactive. La résidence est calme et a proximité de la plage. Merci pour tout.

Fantastic location, central to Saint-one to railway station, beach and harbour. Apartment was as described / per photos, light, open, well appointed, with everything you would need for a stay. Nathalie met us with keys at agreed time and was warm and welcoming. She gave us some great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Check out was equally easy. We have no hesitation in recommending.

My wife and I recently stayed at this beautiful 2-room apartment in Cannes Californie and couldn't be happier with my experience. The apartment is tastefully decorated, offering a cozy and comfortable atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The highlight was the spacious terrace, perfect for enjoying morning coffee. The location is ideal, situated in a peaceful neighborhood yet close enough to explore the vibrant city of Cannes. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring a seamless stay. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone seeking a apartment with a great location, a quite close 8 min walk to the beach and the shopping street Rue d Antibes and at the same time a delightful retreat in Cannes.

L’appartamento di David è un gioiellino, tutto ristrutturato da poco e con molta cura per i dettagli. Appena entrati ci si sente accolti. Bagno e cucina sono perfetti e funzionali, bella la doccia, belle le piastre a induzione. Lo spazio è un monolocale ma il divano-letto si apre e richiude facilmente. David ci ha accolti di persona e con gentilezza ci ha illustrato le cose da vedere e fare nei dintorni di Salernes, che è una cittadina non turistica, molto verace e vivace soprattutto nella piazza principale nei giorni di mercato. La casa si trova infatti a meno di 200m dalla piazza, ed è comunque ben insonorizzata perciò non si sente alcun rumore da fuori. La zona nei dintorni è bella e ogni paese merita una visita. Consigliato a chi cerca un punto di vista autentico sulla Francia del sud.

Un petit paradis au milieu des Mimosas. Très calme, bien équipé. Pierre-Marie et Christine sont très discrets, adorables. Leur jardin est très beau. Vous sortez de chez eux et on se trouve directement entourés de Mimosa. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Très bien accueilli par David . Appartement très bien situé entre mer et ville . Résidence très calme avec vue sur la mer . Voisin et concierge adorable ! Pour être parfait, il faut juste changer le lit un peu mou à mon goût ! Super séjour !

Résidence de standing dans parc arboré parfaitement entretenu et très beau! Bord de mer en avec accès quasi direct depuis la résidence. Située à 15 min à pied du centre ville de Cannes.( qqs minutes en bus avec très bonne déserte) Très bel appartement spacieux, fonctionnel, bien équipé et propre, avec une grande véranda ouvrable donnant sur la mer! Communication facile avec Alexandra. Accueil et présentation sur place , particulierement chaleureux par Marie Hélène. Disponible durant tout le séjour en cas de besoin. À proximité d’une voie ferrée en bordure de la résidence( pas gênante pr nous).

Wonderful apartment in a great location. The building is new, the apartment is spacious and the bathroom is big. There’s air conditioning and an elevator. Great security in the building. There’s a supermarket very close by and the street is quiet. It’s a short walk to the Palais. The coffee machine didn’t work but Sylvie replaced it right away. The only negative thing was the dirty floor. When I wiped water off the bathroom floor or near the kitchen sink the wipe came up dark with dust/dirt. It could have used a good cleaning. But honestly that’s the only con. I would definitely stay there again and recommend this property.

Sehr schönes Appartment mit traumhaftem Blick. Ausstattung entspricht den Beschreibungen. Sehr große Terrasse mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, wie großen Esstisch und Loungemöbeln. Die Anlage ist sehr schön gepflegt. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß. Die nähe zur Stadt und zum Strand sind ein großer Vorteil. Sehr schöne Wohnung für kleine Familien wie uns. Sehr schnelle und stets freundliche Reaktion der Gastgeberin. Können das Appartment sehr gut weiterempfehlen.

What a great host! Lovely place. 2 mins to the beach. Has indoor and outsoor pools. Host was very helptful, courteous and on too of things. Will be baxk some day.

Super spot very close to the hotel. Very clean and has everything you need; linens, towels, kitchen is fully equipped + more. Underground parking with elevator was a great addition for us and baby. Terrace has a gorgeous view and a super breeze from the ocean so very fresh. And the AC in the rooms are top! Bathrooms recently renovated which is also greatly appreciated. Bianca was very responsive and helpful. Thank you for a great stay!

We (6 adults, 3 couples) visited Didier's house Thursday-Sunday late August and enjoyed his lovely house. We can greatly recommend this villa for those that wish to visit Cannes and also appreciate a spacious and secluded living, with all the amenities needed (including a big and very deep pool).

Het vakantiehuis ligt op een resort. Tijdens ons verblijf was er een entertainment team aanwezig op het resort. Er is een leuk barretje waar je een drankje kunt drinken en kleine hapjes kunt bestellen. Er is geen restaurant op het resort, dat is twee jaar geleden gesloten. Het gratis zwembad is leuk met ligbedden en parasols en op loopafstand. Het huis is gezellig ingericht en bevat werkelijk alles wat je nodig kunt hebben. Een heerlijke fles rosé lag in de koelkast bij aankomst. Het was tijdens ons verblijf erg warm en daardoor was de airconditioning in huis heel welkom. We hebben erg genoten!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce magnifique logement ! La maison était propre, bien équipé et fidèle à la description. L’emplacement est idéal, proche de toutes les commodités et dans un quartier calme. L’hôte a été très réactif et attentionné, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et n’hésiterons pas à revenir !

Denne villaen gav oss akkurat den ferien vi ønsket. Huset ligger fredelig til i rolige omgivelser. Likevel er det super sentral beliggenhet. En meget god matbutikk ligger kun 2 minutter unna. Og gøy for oss var at Decathlon var kun 6 min unna. Villaen ligger sentralt mellom Cannes og Antibes som er flotte stedet å besøke. Og det er kjapt å komme seg til Nice. Villaen er koselig innredet, og passet supert for oss som er en familie på 5, med barn fra 11-20 år. Velutstyrt kjøkken, god plass og veldig fin eiendom. Elisabeth svarte veldig raskt og både inn- og utsjekking gikk enkelt og greit. Vi anbefaler stedet med glede.

This house is a beauty - as a family of five, we felt very much at home and enjoyed the large (and, in parts, deep) swimming pool, the excellent equipment (from towels to strong internet to a variety of toys, including a ping-pong table) and the fully-furnished kitchen. It is a quiet but not lonely neighborhood, with the next city just a short albeit steep walk away. By car, all of the Côte d’Azur is easy to explore. Our point of contact, Albane, was very welcoming and always available and helpful - even at odd hours, when we accidentally triggered the alarm … It is a bit pricey, but in out view worth every cent. Thank you for an unforgettable vacation!

Their house is beautifully modern yet full of soul, with every amenity you could need. The garden and pool were incredible—sunlit all day with the water staying above 27°C (in Sep). The separate jacuzzi and sauna made it even more relaxing. Meeting Lilou and Christian was unforgettable; they welcomed us with homemade treats and warm smiles, making us feel right at home. They are such vibrant, kind people, and we loved learning about the slow-paced lifestyle of the Côte d’Azur. This is a perfect place for anyone seeking peace and nature, just an hour from the city. We can’t wait to return! ❤️
