This apartment was recently renovated and furnished with high quality furniture and finishes. It offers an open planned kitchen and living area, a separate bedroom and a full bathroom. The living area includes a dining table that comfortably sits up to 3 guests, a large flat screen TV, and a comfortable pull-out couch (which turns into a double bed). A small hallway leads to the bedroom (equipped with a queen size bed and closet) and the bathroom. This apartment and its location is the perfect place for couples, friends, or corporate travelers to enjoy Cannes and all it has to offer! Moreover, the couch in the living room can be turned into a double bed (140cm) to host one extra guest. Bathroom: The bathroom is bright, clean and offers a glass shower, a modern bathroom vanity, a fully body mirror, a towel heater, and wc. You will have access to the entire apartment, without disruption. The apartment is in the heart of Cannes, on the Rue d'Antibes shopping street. It's steps from shops, restaurants, and bars. La Croisette and its sandy beaches, Palais des Festivals, Congress Center, and the train station are all within a short walk. The apartment is cleaned by a qualified housekeeper and the towels and linens are professionally dry cleaned after each booking. This helps to maintain the apartment at the highest of standards. Towels and linens are already included in the rental price.

After a day's shopping and exploring, return to a roomy sofa, hot showers, and comfy beds. Our apartment is unique in many ways. I love how spacious, light and airy it is. The neighbourhood is so close to town but its lovely and quiet and you cant beat relaxing outside sipping coffee or a wine on the balcony, utter bliss. You have full access to the whole of our two bedroom apartment. We will be contactable by phone and will be in the South of France The apartment is in a peaceful and safe neighborhood. It's a three-minute walk to local shops, and five minutes into town or to the famous Marché Forville food market. All transport is within a five-minute walk. The train and main bus station is only a five minute walk. The airport bus direct is a seven minute walk. The airport is only 30-40 minutes drive to Nice airport. You can park on any of the roads around where we live, best time to park is between 8-11 am and 5-7pm
